Cons (-) Tiny rooms. Upgraded to a deluxe and I shudder to think what room we would’ve been in had we not. Can only describe this place as distinctly average. Read great reviews of this place, which is why I booked here. Honestly, won’t waste my money paying more to stay somewhere this mediocre again. Was at the Gild Hall and Club Quarters for a few nights before I checked in at the Iroquois for 5 nights. ...

Pros (+) The staff was very kind and helpful.
Cons (-) The a/c, phone and light switch didn't work. As well, the windows didn't have any screens and there was no water pressure or warm water.

Pros (+) Convenient mid town location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Wifi service. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Cons (-) Tiny room with small window looking directly into a brick wall 6 feet away! The room temp was 76 degrees and COULD NOT BE REGULATED. The maintenance engineer came to the room and confirmed the high temp but said there was no way to reduce the high dry heat.
