Great hotel. My ac didn’t work in my first room so they upgraded me to a suite. Only 1 elevator worked out of 2, but it was still manageable. Room was large, even my original room. Best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel. Staff was outstanding. Location was perfect for my venue. Very quiet and a comfy bed and pillows.

Pros (+) Basic king room was $395 which would have been out of our price range. We payed $243 through on of the online sites (Hipmunk, kayak, booking.com, etc.). Stylish and comfy. Roomy for NYC.
Cons (-) We were unable to get a 2nd night at a reduced rate (it was a Saturday) so we moved to another hotel in the financial district that was even better - though not in as exciting a neighborhood.

Pros (+) Large rooms and very friendly staff made for a very enjoyable stay. Location is great when doing things in the LES and adjoining areas.
Cons (-) Continental breakfast was included, which was great. Would have been better if we could have applied the value to a hot breakfast when desired.

Pros (+) The rooms were decent.
Cons (-) Rather noisy at night. Slamming doors from adjacent rooms. There was noise from people walking in the room above us. There was a lot of noise from outside.

Pros (+) The staff were great. Starting with Elvis at the door Darnell,, Christine, Alex, Eddie, Leo & the women with the nightly cookies. The fresh baked cookies at night & the restaurant/room service food were very good. Showers & beds fine.
Cons (-) (The sheer curtains could be laundered or replaced.)
