Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its convenience to attractions, subway access, and vibrant neighborhoods. The staff received high marks for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Several reviewers appreciated the spacious rooms and impressive views. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple mentions of dirty carpets, bathrooms, and maintenance issues. Breakfast offerings and service also drew criticism for quality and value. Wonderful
Michael, Aug 2024
Great hotel. My ac didn’t work in my first room so they upgraded me to a suite. Only 1 elevator worked out of 2, but it was still manageable. Room was large, even my original room. Best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel. Staff was outstanding. Location was perfect for my venue. Very quiet and a comfy bed and pillows.

Pros (+) Basic king room was $395 which would have been out of our price range. We payed $243 through on of the online sites (Hipmunk, kayak, booking.com, etc.). Stylish and comfy. Roomy for NYC.
Cons (-) We were unable to get a 2nd night at a reduced rate (it was a Saturday) so we moved to another hotel in the financial district that was even better - though not in as exciting a neighborhood.

Pros (+) Large rooms and very friendly staff made for a very enjoyable stay. Location is great when doing things in the LES and adjoining areas.
Cons (-) Continental breakfast was included, which was great. Would have been better if we could have applied the value to a hot breakfast when desired.

Pros (+) The rooms were decent.
Cons (-) Rather noisy at night. Slamming doors from adjacent rooms. There was noise from people walking in the room above us. There was a lot of noise from outside.
