Pros (+) Staff were courteous and professional. Only a few blocks from Time Square.
Cons (-) Very small room, water came out scalding hot every time and took a good 5 minutes to adjust to warm, faucet was located on opposite end from shower door opening so you had to step inside enclosed shower to turn it on and get blasted with scalding hot water.

Pros (+) We only stayed the night in NYC. Close to the Lincoln Tunnel which makes driving into the city easier. They have valet parking or you can park yourself around the corner. We choosed to valet since it's $15 difference. It's walking distance from the subway, Penn station, and Times Square. We did get complimentary breakfast book with our stay.
Cons (-) When we first entered the room it had a weird smell.

Pros (+) The staff was above and beyond professional, courteous,and thoughtful. The room was comfortable, very clean, and just the right size for a weekend get away with my grandson. He was very impressed and "wowed" -and for an eight year old that was all that mattered!
Cons (-) That we only had two nights to spend!

Cons (-) Misinformation from concierge on where to park when we arrived at midnight. Construction noise outside our window all night with no warning or apology from hotel staff. Place is pretty crowded and dingy. Was not aware that Hilton did not give points if booked through kayak
