Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring Manhattan and accessing public transport. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with several guests enjoying the quality and service. However, some guests found the room sizes to be small, which is a common issue in Manhattan, and there were occasional complaints about elevator wait times and room cleanliness lapses. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making it a well-regarded choice for visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) The view
Pros (+) Staff were courteous and professional. Only a few blocks from Time Square.
Cons (-) Very small room, water came out scalding hot every time and took a good 5 minutes to adjust to warm, faucet was located on opposite end from shower door opening so you had to step inside enclosed shower to turn it on and get blasted with scalding hot water.
Cons (-) Room size; should not be 4* facility (couldn't even leave suitcase open)
Pros (+) We only stayed the night in NYC. Close to the Lincoln Tunnel which makes driving into the city easier. They have valet parking or you can park yourself around the corner. We choosed to valet since it's $15 difference. It's walking distance from the subway, Penn station, and Times Square. We did get complimentary breakfast book with our stay.
Cons (-) When we first entered the room it had a weird smell.
Pros (+) 1) Large shower 2) Reasonable location
Cons (-) 1) overbooking - and assumptive close that breakfast coupon was acceptable recompense 2) cleaning staff door knocks before 8 am 3) constant noise 4) unclean carpet 5) unimpressive TV function 6) terrible internet performance 7) slow elevators (constantly full)
Pros (+) Staff was very friendly. Check in was smooth which is great after a long day of travel.
Cons (-) No free WIFI if your not a member. Should be free for everyone now a days.
Cons (-) Coffee at the lobby came out so late in the morning.
Pros (+) The staff was above and beyond professional, courteous, and thoughtful. The room was comfortable, very clean, and just the right size for a weekend get away with my grandson. He was very impressed and "wowed" -and for an eight year old that was all that mattered!
Cons (-) That we only had two nights to spend!
Cons (-) Misinformation from concierge on where to park when we arrived at midnight. Construction noise outside our window all night with no warning or apology from hotel staff. Place is pretty crowded and dingy. Was not aware that Hilton did not give points if booked through kayak
