The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Many guests appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms and apartments, which is considered a rarity in NYC. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, as room cleaning was often infrequent or required additional payment. Noise was also a recurring concern, with some guests reporting disturbances from external sources or poor sound insulation.
