Pros (+) Great location for conventions. Very nice amenities for breakfast, lunch and visiting in the lounge/bar in the evening. Staff very friendly and responsive.
Cons (-) The road construction in front between the Marriott and the Convention Center.

Pros (+) Staff was amazing. Some of the best I have dealt with.
Cons (-) Building is old and outdated. I upgraded to a suite for another $50 per night and it was NOT a suite. Basic room. Smelled musty and wet. No ventilation, specially in the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom. Walls are quite thin, use your imagination. NASTY
