Very good
Richard, Feb 2023
Good location, but the night time access and security is pretty bad. They lock the front door at dark, so if you arrive afterward, you have to walk up a driveway entrance on the side to get around the back to enter the lobby. No card access like even the cheapest hotel chains offer. Parking is pretty sketchy. There are only about a dozen spots inside the gate and the rest of the paid parking is ac...

Very good
OB, Feb 2022
The location is nice and the building itself is what you would expect from New Orleans. The major downside is how thin the walls are. I woke up multiple times throughout the night, as did my wife, due to the loud nightlife. Aside from that, it wasn't a bad experience. There are lots for your vehicles, and they do get locked up during the night. I didn't get to stay for the breakfast and it was too...

Pros (+) Beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was great
Cons (-) The previous occupants must of vomited on the floor near the bed it could’ve been cleaned a lot better since I almost stepped on someone else’s dry vomit. Other than that everything was great.

Pros (+) I like the location of the hotel. I was in close proximity to several well rated restaurants and sights.
Cons (-) There were several roaches found in the room. Noticed some stains on the bedding. The toilet was dirty. Checkout dates were mixed up so had a bit of difficulty trying to sort that out. Lastly, upon checking out I was charged for parking although I did not have a vehicle. It was eventually settled but a hassle to waste of time getting it taken vare of.

Cons (-) The customer service was very bad. I tried several times to reach the front desk without success. The wifi and cable were both out our entire stay. Parking was not included in the price as indicated. Valet service was not communicated with so we had issues getting our car several times. I would not stay in this hotel again.
