Staff unhelpful. No WiFi. Television volume couldn't be turned down. Aircon. Louder than TV. Shower a bit skanky. Blame the virus
The TV did not work, not enough towels other than that was alright.
Location was good
Very expansive. Very filthy. Staff was unpleasant. False advertising. The room did not look nothing like the photos.
We liked that it was cheap and that it was on the street car line.
The place is really run down/damaged. We had to switch rooms because the computer system was wrong. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There was no coffee maker, fridge, or microwave. There was hotel construction going on right on the other side of 2 of our walls. There's no continental breakfast. The walls are paper thin.
The location. The morning staff lady was nice. She said good morning to everyone who came down for coffee and told me where to park.
The bed was incredibly sunken in. I barely slept and my whole body hurt the next day. (When I told the front desk they said the only thing I could do was leave an honest review) The walls are so thin you can hear anyone talking in the next room, so you have to whisper. The wood floors are loud. This is not a good place for a family to stay. The nighttime staff was rude. They cancelled my reservation even after I’d confirmed my late arrival and spoken with the staff member, so when I got there at 3am after a 7 hour drive the employee just kept giving me a hard time about how I didn’t show up on time. The bathroom was dirty, the floor was dirty, the sheets were not clean and there was no comforter on the beds, just a thin felt sheet.
