Pros (+) The bed's are very comfortable, the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is very nice and friendly. The location is top notch, very close to Frenchman's Street and a short walk into the heart of the French Quarter.
Cons (-) The house is from 1820 (I think, or close to it) so has a few quirks. It would be nice to have something more substantial served in the morning other than a bit of fruit and coffee. Also, the back gate is left open during the day with a rock so workmen can come and go easily - I did not love this, as anybody can walk in, and I would prefer everyone could feel safe in this lovely little courtyard a...

Pros (+) The lamothe house has an incredible location, we could walk and explore the French quarter very easily. The staff was super friendly, the pool Is beautiful, the room was clean and I loved that they used Aveda products in the hotel bathroom. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will most likely stay here my next trip to New Orleans.
