Pros (+) Quiet, away from the crowds of Bourbon Street. Great staff! Walking distance to just about anywhere.
Cons (-) It is an old and historic building, but the bathroom fixtures could use some updating. Doesn’t have the amenities some big hotel chains have-spa, gym-they won’t be missed.

Pros (+) The location was great and from the outside it looked really nice.
Cons (-) The room smelled bad. There was no view from the window ghat seemed almost to break off. There was were multiple bugs inside the bathroom. And the bed was awful; it caved in the middle and the springs were obnoxiously loud.

Pros (+) The staff was incredibly lovely! They were super helpful with events going on in the Quarter, and the hotel itself is a perfect location! We had amazingly comfy king bed with a gorgeous shared balcony off the back. I loved that among the bathroom amenities that they included a makeup remover toilet! Pros (+) Once we complained about the room we were upgraded to a beautiful room. The one we were expecting.
Cons (-) Had to complain to get a room that was even tolerable. Would have liked to get a nice room from the start rather than feeling like we had to complain to have a good experience on vacation.
