Cons (-) Cockroach debris on my pillow, no hot water, outdated facilities.

Pros (+) Location was great and close to everything.
Cons (-) Apparently there was construction going in the penthouse on the top floor and they started saw and equipment before 7:30 on a Saturday and woke our whole family up. Parking is terrible.
