Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Delhi and accessing key attractions. The breakfast received positive remarks for its variety and quality. However, many guests expressed disappointment with the service, citing unprofessional staff behavior, miscommunication, and slow responses. Cleanliness and maintenance were also concerns, with several reviews mentioning poorly maintained rooms and bathrooms. Value for money was questioned, as guests felt the facilities and service did not match the price point.
