Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly at reception. The breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some appreciating the variety and others finding it limited or the ambiance lacking. Cleanliness and room size are also mentioned with neutral sentiments; while some guests found rooms clean and comfortable, others noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, the hotel is seen as acceptable for a short stay, especially for its location and staff, but there are recurring calls for renovation and improvements in facilities.

Pros (+) Location, location
Cons (-) Need to change login and password every day which is very annoying. In most of the hotels that I have stayed, free WiFi is provided throughout the stay and not for 2/4? hours a day. Hence I have given my experience at Hans a 4 star rating. I paid for Wi-Fi during my stay.
