Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests expressed significant dissatisfaction with their stay at the hotel. The most common complaints were about poor service, including unresponsive and unprofessional staff, as well as slow or inadequate responses to requests. Cleanliness was another major concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms and bathrooms. Many guests also found the rooms to be small and cramped, and felt that the hotel did not offer good value for the price paid. Breakfast quality and variety were also criticized by multiple reviewers. While there were a few positive mentions of friendly staff and good amenities, these were outweighed by the negative feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews
