Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Opryland, the mall, and local attractions. Friendly and helpful staff were also highlighted in several reviews. However, many guests noted that the hotel is outdated, with some rooms lacking cleanliness and comfort, particularly regarding room size and noise levels. Some found the exterior room access and noisy air conditioning to be drawbacks, while others appreciated the shuttle service and fair restaurant prices. Overall, the positives centered on location and staff, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, room comfort, and updating the facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Didn't realize when booking the room that it would be located outside the main frame of the hotel. A lot of noise all night from Hwy, cars, and people.
Pros (+) Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Very nice staff.
Cons (-) Bathrooms are pretty small. I wanted to use the room safe which had a default combo that is the room number. There should be a way to change the combo but there were no instructions and two staff members that I asked didn't know how to do it either. So the safe worked but with the combo being an obvious number, like the room number, it's not secure.
Pros (+) Good hotel with good location near Opryland and airport. Lots of restaurants nearby also.
Cons (-) Most rooms have outside doors, but access is only through the lobby. Regardless, when the weather turned cold and windy, the room temp was not comfortable. inside rooms face a very very noisy open-space centrum.
Pros (+) Price Free Parking location Great staff Meeting Refrigerator
Cons (-) Room was outside. Room was small The bathroom was small. You can hear sounds from outside and next door.
Pros (+) Absolutely beautiful, self-contained hotel with lots of shopping and restaurants. A short walk or shuttle ride the the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills.
Cons (-) Rooms that face the interior are extremely noisy at night. I was there a Friday and Saturday night were events were occurring each night and the noise level was terrible. It seems like a good idea to have a room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful interior but DON'T DO IT if you want to get any sleep.
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) My room had items needing maintenance: no outlet near bathroom that worked for hairdryer, rattle in the a/c, limited hot water. Additionally, this is a very LOUD hotel the way it is designed with an atrium
Pros (+) Not much
Cons (-) Indoor pool was beautiful but created excessive humidity which damped the sheets in our room. We had to request a different room because the first one had two double sized beds; this is not big enough for my husband and I to sleep in the same bed and we are not teenagers on a church youth group trip so we would like to be able to sleep in the same bed, of course! The room had an overwhelming smell...
