The lady that checked me in was super friendly went however left my body wash went to get a few hours later gone...shouldnt there be a lost and found for a few days at least hours before its unretrievable HOUSE KEEPING
lost and found
I called said pool was open pool wasnt open had a lock on it had no key they said system down could not check in . Lady at desk was nice and took our information and made us a key to get in room since system was down ..couldnt find the breakfast area they said they had anywhere
Dont say pool open if it not made me mad
It was pretty clean
They didn’t inform us that breakfast wouldn’t be served and that was a part of why I got the hotel and I was supposed to have a pool view and that absolutely didn’t happen we had to drive to the pool and the pictures were much nicer than it actually was. Also the cleaning lady was knocking on our door 3 hours before checkout and could speak English we had to use a translator on our phone to tell her we didn’t check out till 11
Overall staff was great.
Pool was nasty - very dirty, phone in room 117 did not work which is terrible as there was a shooting the last night of our stay.
The price location
No breakfast but we understand because of what’s going on know
