Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Room was very nice and clean, I was pleased with my stay
When I was checking out it took the attendant a time before helping me. He was trying to finish his conversation
Breakfast was very good. 3 hot waffle makers, eggs, sausage, and little round potatoes, plus all the cold stuff. Room was good, big mini fridge. We walked to supper one night and fireworks the next. Right past Titans stadium. Some of the places we passed had razor wire, but even with our young family we never felt unsafe.
Every other time we wanted to get into our room we had to go to the front desk and have our key card reprogrammed. That was a bit annoying. Front desk was great and helpful.
Location. I loved staying here up until this visit.
The room was dirty and the staff was rude when asked to clean it. I have stayed there 3 times and this was the first time I have ever had a problem. Things happen with rooms, however rude staff is inexcusable.
The Roach Motel
Not one single thing
No where near walking distance. Room smelled like marijuana. Loitering in the parking lot. A police officer watched the lot the entire hour we were there. Found another place an bailed! Front desk was completely disrespectful. This hotel should not even be offered through your service
Located close to a lot of things, so the Uber rides were cheap
REALLY uncomfortable bed, I ordered a Queen sized bed and received a full. I didn’t make a big deal about it, but I asked to be down charged at the full bedroom price instead of the queen price and they would not do it. Vehemently claimed they did give use the Queen, but my very tall husband fits on a queen and his feet hang off a full... so I know we had a full. Poor customer service and hospitality.
Hounded by Housekeeping
Staff checking us in was great! Location convenient to downtown, more affordable.
Awakened by housekeeping pounding quite loudly and persistently from very first knock on door -- well before checkout time. They repeated this at least two more times within the hour, regardless of do not disturb sign.
Location to stadium
Dirty, damp room
Fair price, pretty convenient
Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is not as down town as I would like, but it is not bad. A walk of about 1.5 miles will get you to Broadway. If you are coming to see the Titans play it would be very convenient.
Outside noise comes right through the door, but that happens with motels.
Good god save yourself
I liked the price
It was pretty awful, though not the worst I've seen. We couldn't even check out because the front desk worker vacated their post for 45 minutes. We left the keys and never looked back. Overall kinda sketchy, pretty dirty and just sad. Great if you need a place to crash for 6 hours. If you need more, spend the extra and get a place that's nicer.
Great deal for the price
It was a nice hotel and the rooms were clean plus it's close to downtown. I would def stay here again if I make a trip to Nashville.
My door wouldn't lock. I didn't even need a key I could push on my door and it swung open. I told the front desk and it took them Almost 45 min to come to my room to fix the door.
Breakfast in the morning was the absolute worst we
Bed was ok, staff was friendly
breakfast was absolutely TERRIBLE
Good central location. Killer water pressure. Its cheap?
Sheets smelled truly awful. Like something died On them. Bed was uncomfortable. My room key didnt work the second day, and when I went down to the front desk, the guy was talking loudly on speaker on his cell phone, mostly ignoring me. When 3 more people walked in he retreated to the office and continued the conversation. Took like 40 minutes to get to me. When he did the problem was solved in like 30 seconds.
