Cons (-) Was really surprised on how high hotel prices in Nashville were to begin with. Hotel Preston is not in the middle of events and still on higher end of pricing. Staff were great, they are doing some renovation in the bar/ restaurant, rooms super spacious, did not have noisy neighbors, fitness facility clean and pretty, the art deco was fun.

Cons (-) We had a concern for bed bugs in our room and asked for management to come check out the situation. No one ever came up. They did suggest we change rooms, but never heard another word. When I asked if the situation was resolved, there was no note on our stay and they said the room was rented out the following night. Very poor service with regards to this potential health issue.
