Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to the airport, interstates, and local attractions. However, there were significant complaints about cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and pest issues. Service was also a source of dissatisfaction, with reports of unfriendly staff, unfulfilled requests, and poor communication. Bed comfort and breakfast offerings received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.

Pros (+) It was clean enough.
Cons (-) There was illegal drug activity which made me feel unsafe. The front desk required us to show identification for my partner's service dog which is against the law according to the Americans with Disabilities Act. The bed was not very comfortable.

Pros (+) Hotel was clean and comfortable. Location is great, near highway, across from a gas station, next to waffle house.
Cons (-) Continental breakfast was ok. Would have been nice to have eggs and sausage at the very least. What they had was fine though.

Cons (-) Was booked into a smoking handicapped room. We do not smoke nor are we handicapped. When I discovered the error, I asked to be changed to another room. I was told the hotel was full and no other rooms were available. I left without staying in the room and went to a hotel down the street. When I informed them I was leaving, I asked for a refund. I was told there was no manager on duty and no refund...
