Cons (-) Sheets were galling apart, there were blood stains on the floor. Shower was disgusting.

Pros (+) Very basic, but large rooms, bed was fine, and room was fairly clean. Microwave, and fridge (but no freezer section). Don't expect coffee pot in the room, but there is coffee in the "lobby" area (no place to sit, though). Evening staff was very helpful.
Cons (-) Room smelled like old cigarette smoke. We specified no service (they don't have "Do not disturb" signs, a first in 40 years of motel stays!), but the maid came in anyway and folder our towels, which made it impossible to know which was whose (we had hung them up to dry.) Nothing else was done, which was OK with us but felt a bit creepy.
