Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near Naritasan temple, with many highlighting the convenience for sightseeing and proximity to restaurants and shops. The service was consistently described as friendly, attentive, and accommodating, with staff going out of their way to help guests. The traditional Japanese atmosphere and ryokan experience, including tatami rooms and onsen, were highly appreciated. Breakfast, especially the traditional Japanese style, received positive comments, though a few noted it may not suit all tastes. Cleanliness and room comfort were also commended. Some minor negatives included lack of private bathrooms in some rooms and hard futon beds, but overall, guests were very satisfied with their stay.
