Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near the train station, convenience stores, and local attractions, making it ideal for sightseeing. The staff receives frequent praise for their friendliness, politeness, and helpfulness, contributing to a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, and several guests feel the hotel offers good value for the price. Some mention spacious rooms. However, there are occasional complaints about dated facilities, weak Wi-Fi, and minor maintenance issues, but these do not overshadow the overall positive experience.
