Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest opinions on this hotel are mixed. Many guests praised the hotel's beautiful building, central location, and some aspects of service, such as helpful reception staff and attentive restaurant service. Cleanliness and room comfort were also positively mentioned by several guests. However, there were recurring complaints about the surrounding neighborhood being unsafe or dirty, inconsistent service quality at the reception, issues with billing and communication, and problems with amenities like Wi-Fi and room comfort. Breakfast and bed comfort received both positive and negative feedback. Overall, while the hotel itself is often described as attractive and well-maintained, experiences vary significantly depending on staff interactions and room assignments.

Pros (+) Loved the area - very old area of the city. Neighborhood is very real (not glitzy or pretentious) and gives a view of the quotidian Napoli. Some of the oldest and best pizzerias are in this area.
Cons (-) Key cards did not work reliably for rooms
