Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to the city center, airport, and public transport. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms are also frequently mentioned as positives. However, there are recurring complaints about the elevator, which requires a coin for each use, and some guests found the cleanliness and service to be inconsistent. Self check-in is convenient for some, but others found communication with staff lacking. Overall, the location and comfort stand out, while elevator access and occasional service issues are drawbacks.

Pros (+) From the moment I checked in, the staff who incidentally are the owners went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help with any questions that I had in regards to travelling around the city and sites to see. The room itself is kept immaculately clean and the view from the room was of the beautiful gardens. I strongly recommend this B&B
Cons (-) unfortunately for the duration of my stay there was no Internet.
