Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's outstanding location, breathtaking views, and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Many reviewers also appreciate the spacious rooms and unique architecture. However, there are frequent complaints about the dated condition of the property, lack of maintenance, and issues with amenities such as breakfast quality, Wi-Fi, and pool cleanliness. While the service and location are highlights, improvements are needed in facilities and upkeep to match the hotel's potential.
