The room was very pretty! I loved the view. The fire place made it very relaxing and romantic.
The bed looked wonderful, however it was very creaky. It was not good for a room that was in the grown ups only part of the hotel. We were having a get away weekend and the bed was not a positive.
Location was perfect.
Wish the restaurant would have been open, but we knew it was being renovated before arriving.
Beautiful renovations, very pleasant staff. We had a lovely room on the third floor. There are stairs, so anyone with difficulty should request a first floor room.
There was small boxed water in the lobby which you have to pay for. I think they should include two waters with the room.
The hotel is clean and beautiful. Decor is lovely, with so much attention to detail. It's right in the heart of Mystic, with views of the drawbridge and river. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The bed was very pretty, but the mattress could have been a bit more luxurious. I'm not sure if it was just our room, but there was no full-length mirror and nowhere to hang your towel while showering. Overall great stay, though!
