Overall a nice experience. The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly. That said, several items could be improved: We stayed 3 nights and didn't have any housekeeping. Had to make several calls/visits to get fresh towels. The water pressure in the shower was horrendous. Multiple lights were burnt out. The bedroom window looked out into the hallway and caused the room to never achieve a nice darkness to sleep in. Sometimes the air conditioner was pumping cool air - someti.es it felt a bit warm. I would have enjoyed some cigars on the balcony, but smoking on premise is prohibited.

This place was a nightmare unfortunately. For $300 a night you would think it would be clean atleast. We arrived to find our ocean view room was a neck craning side view of the ocean but mostly a view of the street and the next door building. On the balcony someone was smoking above us (it’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel), and ash rained down on us making the balcony unusable anyway. The bathroom has hairs on the vanity and the walls had either dirt or blood…we felt uncomfortable and mostly just went to sleep hoping the sheets were atleast not full of bugs. Terrible experience and the most I’ve ever paid for a single night. We will not be back, and probably won’t be back to Myrtle either given the experience.

Pros:Staff were super nice and accommodating.
Cons:The value for money was a little lacking- I've stayed at nicer places for less. I didn't care for the layout of the rooms (it felt awkward) and floors felt greasy when I walked on them barefoot. Nothing was a deal breaker and there wasn't anything terrible either. It just wasn't someplace that was amazing for the money- it was on par with a budget hotel.

Cons:The couch in the room was unconformable because it was a fold away bed, needs to be replaced with a real couch.. The bed room shouldn't have a window that looks into the hall way out side of the room.

Pros:I liked the staff the amenities and comfort that was offered by the hotel
Cons:The only thing I didn't like from the hotel was the check in process and the parking. This process wasn't bad by no means it just seemed to a bit crazy and hectic
