The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a pool coffee and vending machines. It was close to fast food. Not too far from down town. The sheets were clean and the housekeeping obviously did the best they could. The room had a microwave and fridge. The TV worked and had a lot of stations.
The chairs were old and stained. There was no blanket available in the room. There were small flies around the bathroom sink. The cauking around the sink was missing. The toilet paper holder kept falling out of the wall. In and around the microwave there needed to be some deep cleaning. One towel was clean, but had a strange odor.
There was a pool.
There was bad smell all around the hotel.Hair dryer and some charger spots were not working.Generally it was not same as on the photo internet.
2 lights didn't work in our room. Contenential breakfast was advertised but not served. Very outdated and didn't look clean.
My air didn't work. The drapes were to short, so at 6am I was up because the sun was shinning in. Didn't like the place at all!
They brought in some great coffee from a local place. Location was okay.
It was gross (very dirty), bed was uncomfortable, no curtain, no phone in our room, gave our room to someone else after we were already checked in, (they resolved the issue, but it took a while, they acted like it was no bid deal), Elevator didn't really work, Ice makers were broke or non-existent, Stairs had trash in them, TV didn't really work, Shower sprayed water everywhere. Nothing Really
Rooms are Very Small walls were paper thin, I could hear the ppl next door one bed came with no pillows on it, curtains were falling down to the window. bathroom was Horrible. Toilet seat was cracked inside the toilet it looked as though no one cleaned it in months, Tub drain was broken and pieces were left on the tub. Carpet was very dirty,
There was absolutely nothing good about this stay.
The hotel was dirty, and the people were sketchy. The hotel is in a bad part of town and the pictures are so wrong it's not even funny. I will never again stay at that hotel or in that town. There are way better hotels for the same price outside of Muskegon heights. I would never suggest for anyone to stay there. It's not safe or clean at all.
