Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and a few mentioned comfortable beds. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with repeated complaints about mold, dirty rooms, and maintenance issues. Service was also criticized, including surprise charges, unfriendly staff, and unresolved problems. Breakfast and amenities often failed to meet expectations, with some guests noting poor quality or lack of options. Overall, positives were limited to location and occasional comfort, while negatives were frequent and significant.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The morning staff was attentive
Cons (-) The room had been remodeled not to long ago. The vent for the bathroom feel off in the middle of the night, fifty percent of the towels were dirty before hand. The heating/AC system was a joke..... The breakfast had zero fruit.
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) I was not able to stay and the hotel charged me a full nite rate for a penalty. I cancelled within an hour of making my reservation. The staff was unwilling to work with me on rescheduling the date.
