The reception was closed when I arrived and I could not get in to the hotel. Even though I had told the staff that I would be arriving late, they made no allowance for this and no warning that I would be greeted by a locked door.
Well it was available on short notice when the rest of Munich was booked solid and really expensive. Can't comment on the breakfast but it was on when we checked in, which was really early and they accommodated us in that. The breakfast looked amazing!
Picky stuff, no internet in the room, beds weren't all that comfortable, and the weather had warmed up which made the lack of ac a pain and leaving the window open made it noisy.. I was there with my 74 year-old mom and the lack of elevator and steep stairs were a bit dicey... not to mention hauling our luggage up.
Clean room and easy access to the town and public transport. Good choice of food for continental breakfast.
There could be a lot of noise from traffic on the street outside, but this stopped during the night and certainly did not keep us awake.
i like the style of the room...i like the service and food are good...
the toilette is so small, the carpet is a bit of dirty/stains...
I stayed there while visiting relatives who live locally.
Not really. It was very comfortable, a little hard to find at first-but it turned out to be very convenient. They could promote themselves better by actually having the name of the hotel visable on the outside.
