Pros (+) Service at breakfast was poor, some of the food at the buffet was cold. Coffee seemed to be serve yourself. No spoons on the table. Took forever to get the check.

Pros (+) The bed and room was great.
Cons (-) There were issues with the room reservation system so they were reselling rooms that were already occupied. And when we finally got into a room the AC didn’t work so it was a warm night. We tried to call the front desk but it was busy. But I know that the Westin is generally great. This one was just not good for some reason.

Cons (-) I was starving when I checked in - ordered a prime rib burger - came out looking like a spider. Very small. The roll was steal and probably 3 days old - the. Usher was so dry that I did. not have enough ketchup to cover the horrible taste. Went to room, and the mini bats are empty
