Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the comfort of the beds. However, opinions on cleanliness and room condition are mixed, with several reports of outdated decor, maintenance issues, and occasional cleanliness lapses. The breakfast receives both praise and criticism, with some guests enjoying it and others disappointed by policies or lack of inclusion. Room size and amenities are generally satisfactory, though some guests mention issues with furniture and bathroom maintenance. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its service and comfort, but could improve in cleanliness and facility updates.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The bed and room was great.
Cons (-) There were issues with the room reservation system so they were reselling rooms that were already occupied. And when we finally got into a room the AC didn’t work so it was a warm night. We tried to call the front desk but it was busy. But I know that the Westin is generally great. This one was just not good for some reason.
Cons (-) I was starving when I checked in - ordered a prime rib burger - came out looking like a spider. Very small. The roll was steal and probably 3 days old - the. Usher was so dry that I did. not have enough ketchup to cover the horrible taste. Went to room, and the mini bats are empty
