Cons (-) Racially discriminated against and racial profiling took place at the Aloft tonight I stay there very poor customer service skills people not wearing uniforms are badges so that you know who they are just a very poor and horrible experience all together

Cons (-) Bed comfort was 6/10 Other Aloft hotels I have stayed in had nicer showers with 2 outlets etc. expected the same but didn't have it.
