Cons (-) I paid before check in, so my guest could check in at 3:00 we had a wedding to get to. She came to check in at 3:45 and the room was not ready. They found a room in the back corner of the hotel that smelled like urine. We got back from the wedding and called the front seat to express out displeasures.
