Cons (-) I paid before check in, so my guest could check in at 3:00 we had a wedding to get to. She came to check in at 3:45 and the room was not ready. They found a room in the back corner of the hotel that smelled like urine. We got back from the wedding and called the front seat to express out displeasures. Cons (-) AC unit in room was really loud and made the wall vibrate with noise. I had to turn it off because everytime it cycled on it was so loud that it woke me up. If it was summertime and really hot it would have made for an extremely unhappy and uncomfortable night
