Pros (+) Employees were gracious, great deal, spacious room, great location, kids loved the pool

Pros (+) I was stranded overnight at the Raleigh-Durham airport because of engine trouble. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. The Desk staff was very nice and helpful at check-in. My room was on the fourth floor. It was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The A/C worked great. There’s a nice little restaurant and bar on-site that provides room service. Cons (-) The next morning, the shuttle driver refused to honor my reservation, saying the shuttle was already full. It accommodates only 6 people and the last 2 people jumped in while I was walking out with my bag. I have no idea if they all had reservations.
