Pros (+) The customer service from the front desk was amazing! She was friendly and accommodating. Well done! The room was clean and sanitized. There were Covid cautions in place so that reduced touching of commonly used items such as the remote control. I felt safe!
Cons (-) Nothing! Experience experience was perfect. I was able to check in quickly and access my room without any issues.
