Pros: Everything about the property was great. The location, the room was spacious and we had a great view. They brought complimentary coffee to us the next morning which was Amazing for me as i have to have coffee every morning. It allowed me to get around and have my coffee which my husband was grateful he didn’t have to hunt me some down.
Cons: The pillows aren’t very comfortable. Too soft. And the waiter we had downstairs in the restaurant was horrible. He didn’t ever check on us and was messing around at the bar with people. We had to finally call him over to bring our check. We were just having drinks but he could of let me know he left the carafe of coffee on the fireplace incase i wanted more. Long story short. He wasn’t very good or attentive. Also maybe a little more communication on how the complimentary coffee works. We told front desk we would like it at 10 am the next morning. I waited almost 30 mins next day and finally called down stairs to let them know we hadn’t received it. They told us to check outside our door and sure enough there it was. They didn’t knock or anything to let us know it was there. So that would of been good to know that they just set it outside our door without knocking. That’s the only complaints i have. Other then that, great hotel.

Pros: Great room! Ended up with a small suite and turned out perfect for a little extra room for baby. Very new, clean, comfortable, Keurig in room, free breakfast that was above average from normal hotels, free internet, great location, ease on/off I35.
Cons: No!
6,0 Good
Pros: Lovely accommodations, great pool, nice big room.
Cons: The walls are thin and I could hear voices in the neighboring rooms. It prevented me from getting back to sleep in the morning. Not much in the immediate area for food options, have to drive a bit.

Pros: N/A
Cons: My car got broken into in the parking lot despite a gate that was supposed to block access from Prospect Ave. The staff was great. This is a well maintained property. Ultimately, the break-in happened on this hotel's property. If I were reading reviews as a prospective customer, I'd want to know about such an incident, so here's documentation of my experience for fellow travelers.

Pros: looked new
Cons: noise due to proximity to I-35

Pros: . Really liked the lobby area. We met up with other family members (total of 5 rooms), it was such a nice place to gather at various times.

Pros: The check-in staff was stellar! Hotel employee went above and beyond to help us get our room situation fixed and made sure we were happy. Newly remodeled rooms were fantastic!
Cons: The room booked was non smoking. Upon arrival it was horribly smokey so that we had to change rooms and there were no double queen rooms available. We had to split our children up into rooms with other family.AC unit was filthy and spewd junk into the air

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the cookies at the front desk and the options of coffee and hot water for tea or hot chocolate. The breakfast was very tasty with great option. The room was also very peaceful throughout the stay.
Cons: Overall I enjoyed my stay. However, on the last day of the stay I was startled to wake up by the fire alarm going off early in the morning. I was able to easily find an exit to vacate the facility and the staff were helpful in providing material for visitors that were cold due to the temperatures being in the low 30's that morning. I wish I had more time to rest and enjoy the last few hours of my stay, but they were cut short due to evacuation. Overall, I am just thankful everyone was okay and the facility was okay. The first responder's did an excellent job in arriving swiftly to assess the situation and assist with bringing visitors back in once the facility was cleared for safe entering.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were treated like kings with cookies and mints at the front desk, the room was very Clean and it had nice decorations. The bed was great! But the breakfast was the best we have ever had in our 30 days of travel with smoothies, frittatas, biscuits and gravy and my favorite cereal. They even had skim milk!!
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The way to get there was weird. IT could have been my GPS - but the area felt a bit sketchy.

Pros: Being close to our meeting point.
Cons: I got food poisening and asked to have my room cleaned. My request was ignored and my room was the last one one the floor to get cleaned. I waited in the lobby to be able to get back to bed. Did expect better service for this hotel.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish there was a hot tub. The property is very close to Tinker AFB. We will be back!

7,7 Good
Pros: I’m a creature of habit so I’m comfortable with the location and the things to do in the area.
Cons: Still haven’t received my copy of the room charges etc. The new policy for breakfast as it pertains to members with status is a joke and extremely disappointing.

Pros: The customer service was impeccable.

Pros: Great staff and nice big clean rooms
Cons: The only thing that I would comment about is the hallways were always freezing cold.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel staff were the most accommodating I have ever experienced. Hotel was very neat and clean and the pool was a lot of fun! I will stay here every time I am in OKC in the future.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike about this hotel except the cost of a mimosa! It was a little steep for a half full glass of orange juice and champagne.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Smelled fantastic when you walk into the hotel lobby!
Cons: Adjoining room door. In our room all of a sudden we started smelling marijuana - a lot. We tried to figure out where it was coming from. There was a gap between the door and the floor of the door that connects you from 305 to room 304 and there was literally a breeze blowing under the door into our room - assume the 304 folks were smoking. We had to lay our bath towels down to stop the flow.

Cons: Nicer bathroom

Pros: The staff was very accommodating when we had a maintenance issue in our room. It took them no time at all to move us into a different room. My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel.

Pros: The room was very clean.
Cons: No continental breakfast
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff
6,3 Good
Pros: Check In: The person at check in was very friendly and easily accommodated our request to change from a double queen room to a king.
Cons: The room: The bed was uncomfortable. The fitted sheet on the bed was too small so the corners kept popping off. Waking up in the night, we found ourselves sleeping partially on the uncovered mattress. The air conditioner was loud. There was a machine noise we could never figure out and wondered if it was a CPAP machine in the room next to ours. Breakfast: The person running the Cafe' was not friendly and seemed put out that she had to help us. The breakfast egg white fritatta downstairs in the cafe did not come with the same ingredients listed on the menu, thus it was disappointing. Had I known the actual ingredients, I would not have ordered it. We will likely try the Hilton Garden Inn next time.

Pros: Convenient location wes primary goal. Breakfast was ok, breakfast in Oklahoma should include GRAVY!
Cons: Absence of exhaust fan in toilet.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Room we checked in was small had to small beds not very good for a couple
6,3 Good
Pros: Decor and location
Cons: The breakfast buffet was cold and awful (eggs tasted like powdered eggs and French toast was brittle hard) and the king size bed was like two canoes with a mountain in the middle. The staff were polite but didn’t offer any help or info. We had to ask for everything.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and overall experience.
Cons: Simple thing as the breakfast eggs were tasteless and potato hash browns were not completely cooked. But the worst and most horrible experience what I believe it was a bed bug bit me while sleeping (have pics and video) and had to sleep on chair.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast it so-so. I think that they prepare the whole breakfast at 05:00 in the morning and then hold it in warmers for five hours. Hence, the bacon is limp, the eggs are dry, the potatoes are soggy. Replenishing smaller serving warmers every hour or so would go a long ways toward a nice breakfast. This is Oklahoma for gosh sakes! There should be biscuits and gravy! The location was perfect for our destination: Bricktown and Chesapeake Arena!
Cons: Breakfast was ok, but nothing more.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. I have very bad back problems and woke up feeling just fine after a restful nights sleep. We also loved the ease at which we did valet parking and also checked in very quickly.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Lobby was nice, staff were nice, location
Cons: Bathroom was dingy and needed updating. Did not seem as clean as I had hoped.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No drinking water available in the rooms. Or had to buy a small bottle for two dollars
7,0 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: The rooms were dated and old. Just didn't feel clean
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The layout of the checkout area and bar was great.
Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom was a little surprising. The bathroom ceiling paint was flaking off which was odd for a 4 star hotel.
6,0 Good
Pros: The location was in close proximity to the basketball arena, which was my main consideration on NYE.
Cons: This hotel is not a four star hotel. The rooms are old and musty and the shower head in the room we stayed in was hung for someone under four feet tall. The service at the bar in the lobby was improved over the last stay however.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Staff attentiveness
Cons: I booked on your website a King room that supposedly consisted of 2 queen beds. This hotel doesn’t even have queen beds. They’re all full size beds. I had less than 4 hrs of sleep and they were the most uncomfortable I’ve had. Worse with me being 38 weeks pregnant! I’m very unsatisfied and tired after the long day and drive we had last night.

7,0 Good
Pros: Clean, cheap, and close to campus
1,0 Poor
Cons: The room was not clean. The walls were paper thin and we couldn't sleep all night due to hearing every toilet flush, conversation and cough in the rooms around us. The breakfast was not edible or even warm. Would never recommend.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is efficient and accommodating. I like the dog-friendly policy, even when not traveling with my dog.
Cons: Extreme, overly bright lights shine on the building all night long. Any gap in the curtains look as if it is bright daylight when it's 1:00 AM. Light pollution is real. The breakfast needs work. All rooms should be at least partially carpeted.

Pros: The staff was helpful and very friendly.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect room, perfect breakfast, perfect location to rest between Texas and Illinois!
5,0 Okay
Cons: The room had a wet feeling and a musty smell. It seemed like the drain valve for the condenser on the AC was backing up so the AC was not removing moisture from the room, thus adding moisture to the air.
