Under the circumstances, the staff was quite accommodating. When I arrived for pick-up, there was not a car available and the staff could not give me a time frame for when I would be getting a car. I mentioned that I had to be in Wichita, KS (from OKC) by 4pm (It was a little after 11AM). When a car became available, it was at the airport location and still needed to be cleaned up and driven to the I-240 location. Instead of making me wait, a staff person drove me over to the airport to the car so I would not have to wait longer than necessary for someone to bring it to me. This was really helpful and I appreciated it.Obviously, a car waiting for me when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time would have been ideal, but it worked out and, again, the staff was handled it well.

Staff was friendly and service was quick. The woman checking me in/out was knowledgeable and kind. She made the whole process simple. I appreciated everyone wearing masks and the cleanliness of both the car and the lobby.

I reserved a vehicle but when I arrived there was no vehicle. I reserved 2 more times and always told that there was a vehicle but when we showed up there was no vehicle available.

The staff was friendly. I rented a midsize suv. The site said Ford eco or equal and I ended up in a Mercedes. It was clean and drove perfect. The price was reasonable and service was great. I will use their service again.I’m sure there is always room for improvement because t I don’t know where it would’ve been needed in my transaction as everything was perfect. Keep it up guys. Thanks so much.

The staff stated she was informed that she was to not lease out anymore vehicles. She stated that there was something about me and that she had a special vehicle. I ordered on Kayak and 15 minutes later I was in my car. My experience was in and out. Spectacular customer service and care!!The amount of cars available left! There was only 3 but I got a great choice!

The staff were very attentive to my needs.There was initially a misunderstanding about primary insurance which made the ultimate driving experience complicated. Thankfully management reached out to me prior to my raising the issue and resolved it. Overall very pleased

Never againThe first car was great in gas, but had transmission issuesI rented a car at the Oklahoma City airport. The car broke down and left me stranded. Was told by their roadside assistance people they would take care of a hotel, but that was a lie and the manager was very rude about telling me. Have called their customer service line several times and no one is able to find my reservation. Will never put myself in this position again.

Cleanliness is keyPrice for the timeCar smelled like cigarette smoke and dog. It wasn't so bad at puck up but as it warmed up it was very strong. There was slobber marks all over the windshield for the previous renters gps. The glass had haze from the smokers, and ash was on the dash. The car was rattling and when I called to report all the issues, everyone in a 100 mile radius was out of cars. This was to bad as I usually use enterprise for all work related rentals.
