Pros (+) Restaurant on premises was a plus. Great service. Convenient for room service also. Housekeeping flexible. Overall staff was friendly and engaging. Convenient location for downtown strolls.

Pros (+) Not enough good things can be said about this hotel. It is beautiful, clean and the rooms spacious. We had a luxury King and the bathroom was the size of the bedroom. The staff was excellent. The concierge secured us a dinner reservation at a place that was booked solid. You also can't beat the location. Right by shopping, restaurants and Bell Centre.
Cons (-) There was a wedding reception going past midnight. Our parking was comped because of the noise which was a floor below us. That was a nice gesture.
