Pros (+) The hotel is right across the street from Olympic Parc and an easy walk to the Biodome and Botanical Garden.
Cons (-) There aren't many good places to eat nearby, but there are several very good and affordable restaurants in the Hochelaga neighborhood which is just a mile away.

Pros (+) The reception desk personnel, outside pool lifeguard and our room cleaning service staff manager was the most pleasant staff to deal with.
Cons (-) Against my better judgement, I've let our room cleaning staff manager talk me out of commenting about our reasons for our dislikes, because she promised she would take care of the areas she was in charge of. However the hotel restaurant was another bad experience service was horrible never received the water wife ask for, my tomato juice watered down and something removed from inside the glass in ...
