Guests say
Guests generally praised the hotel's location, with easy access to city attractions and public transport. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly and helpful. Several reviewers highlighted the comfort of the beds and the presence of a nice pool. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Some guests also noted issues with the elevators and noise. Overall, while the service and location were strong points, cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
