Granted the food is a free option, but really awful preparation. Willingness of staff to assist almost non-existent. Cups for coffee not to be found. Staff around the property were very relaxed, slouching and feet up while greeting folks.

Pros (+) I love the location...i thought the building was beautiful..my family really enjoyed the stay there...
Cons (-) The sheets at the bottom of the bed looked nasty...i was charged one price at the hotel...but was billed something totally different....on my credit card.

Pros (+) The staff was incredibly friendly and sweet with my 2 year old son. The breakfast was fun and had tons of options, we loved it.
Cons (-) Our room was dirty. I had to look for one of my son's toys and therefore I inspected it thoroughly...under the bed was gross as was in the couch cushions and there was grime on the floor. There were cigarette burns in the couch. The pool was freezing.
