Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews highlight a convenient location and some friendly, accommodating staff. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with multiple reports of mold, dirt, bugs, and unpleasant smells in rooms and bathrooms. Parking is another frequent issue, with complaints about high costs, confusing or distant parking, and lack of free options. Breakfast and service receive mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the offerings and staff, while others found breakfast lacking and service slow or understaffed. Overall, while some guests enjoyed their stay, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, parking, and aspects of service.AI-generated from customer reviews
