Pros: very friendly and helpfull owner. good communication with him. Rooms very clean, and tidy, fresh towels every day, breakfast fresh and very good (especially fresh baguesttes and croissants provided by the owner every morning). Kitchen nicely equipped with ll required staff, very good especially for longer stays, You can cook and fully use the facility. Easy acces, at leats few good restaurants nearby, a convinient shop nearby. nice location. Aeroville shopping center few minutes of walk away.
Pros: good breakfast, room was very small and resembled a dorm room but it was clean.
Cons: the room was very small and the bed was not the best, but ok.
Pros: Location in Roissy residential neighbourhood was great and close to the airport. Much calmer and quieter than a large hotel. The B&B was spotless and spacious. Communication with owner was excellent.
Pros: Every thing is ok clean really is very nice. I like it
Pros: Everything is perfect, from the friendliness of the owner to the comfort of the room and the quality of the breakfast! I strongly recommend!!!!!
Pros: The accommodations were beautiful - our room was comfortable and spacious, and the common areas were clean and welcoming. It was easy to go in and out, which we did several times. The host even bought me some gluten-free food for breakfast!

Pros: This is not a 5 âï¸ hotel. It's ok for one night sleep. The front desk looks like any no star hotels. Breakfast over priced. It was my first and last time at that hotel.
Cons: You should change the star âï¸ category for that hotel on your website.
Pros: Clean and convenient airport hotel.
Cons: Mattress was soft.
Pros: Parking was excellent
Pros: Flew from Australia on Cathay and collected car from Renault. This hotel hit the spot - slept well and had a very good breakfast. The staff called us a cab with great efficiency. Overall a good experience. Will use again.
Cons: Had to find dinner at another sister hotel a walk away.
Pros: Convenient location, separate tub and shower in bathroom
Cons: Staff could be more courteous and helpful.
Pros: the staff friendliness, the room size, the design and good comfortable bed.
Cons: a few more snacks at the counter, maybe some hot food
Pros: Located a short shuttle ride from the airport-perfect first stop after an international flight!
Cons: All good!
Pros: The room had everything we needed for a packed work week: a tiny little kitchenette with tea and coffee (Nespresso), mini fridge, and microwave; a sizeable table to work from; and a comfy bed. It was impeccably clean. The hotel itself was surprisingly quiet! The neighborhood has the bonus of being able to walk to restaurants, bakery, mini supermarket, etc.
Cons: This neighborhood in general has the downside of needing a taxi/Uber to the Villepinte expo center. It would be nice if there was a shuttle of some kind.
Pros: The only good things were the gummy treats in a jar at check in and the fact that the rooms were suites and had a couch bed for our daughter to sleep in.
Cons: The bathrooms were horrible. They were like stepping up (literally) into a trailer park bathroom. The bathroom were all plastic and smelled like a porta-potty. It was shocking and smelled so gross. The room smelled so badly of smoke as well.
Pros: Near airport
Pros: Nothing to like.
Cons: Not as advertised at all not even 1 star.
Pros: The family suite had plenty of space and sleeping accommodations.
Cons: Our flight was 2 hours late and there were very few food options (microwave only). There weren't food options at the other hotels nearby at 22:30 While looking for other food options, other hotels nearby had better lobbies for kids (foosball, ping pon
Very good hotel for solo travelers. Great location. Awesome vibe.
Pros: It is a hotel like no other! I loved the concept and the decoration was really nice
Cons: At one point someone tried to enter our room while we were there, probably by accident.
Pros: The stay in the hotel was great! The transportation from the CDG airport is very good. There is a bus, the black bus, that has a circular route for some hotel, included pentahotel. The frequency of the bus is each 20 minutes, and another 20 minutes to the hotel. The bus stop is in gare airport CDG2 TGV in the top floor. You can ask for the TGV train station and go to the top floor. The room is very clean. The king bed is enormous. The breakfast was so delicious. The hotel is close from the airport but so far from Paris. It was my first day in Paris which was great since the closeness to the airport.
Pros: Beautiful experience and very nicely designed hotel. Loved their breakfast, true French experience sets you in the right mood right away. Free airport shuttle, great staff. Highly recommend.
Pros: The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable.
Cons: The mini bar in the room was empty, i expected to have products in mini bar. I tried to order some drinks to room service but told me that i need to go in the restaurant to drink any beverage, not in the room.

Pros: Very comfortable place to stay.
Pros: The beds were great and the staff were helpful
Cons: Our bathroom smelled like sewage. We had two rooms and the balcony door on the one would close. Our issue was it was a shared balcony with another room. So after calling for assistance and nothing be resolved, we had to jimmy the door ourselves and make sure we ran the shower alot to keep the smell down.
Pros: Breakfast, SPA, Room
Cons: Military wake up at 8:00 AM because of the alarm :)
Pros: Great family suite - delicious dinner in bar and generous breakfast the next morning, with lots of choice. Staff were outstanding and took very good care of us - especially Karen Bujes.
Pros: Had an amazing time :))) and experience :)) great staff. I had to give a good for location only reason because it is not in city but!!!!! Shuttle leaves Hotel like every 45 min to train station literally 20 min from Main City I would do it all over again with Relais Hotel ! Beds were super comfortable!!! Amazing rooms, clean, pool and facilities amazing!!!!!! Free water in rooms :)))))) shower and bathroom really good!
Pros: Food in the Restaurant was great. Ambiance is good, Place is quiet. Friendly staff, a good place to relax at the Spa. Rooms are clean. Wifi is good.
Cons: Parking is a bit pricey and when you're a little bit late there's no more space to park the car.
Pros: Location was great for airport access.
Cons: The room had two single beds pushed together with no locking key so easily pushed apart during the night. The breakfast was of a poor standard. Food looked old and not fresh. Eggs were left to long under the lamps and bacon wasn't crispy. Scrambled eggs were extremely wet.
Cons: breakfast very expensive mainly if you eat only a continental breakfast, bar staff very bad service, cleaning of the room not good , massage not good the therapist did have a good experience and for what we pay should be more professional and good.
Pros: big bed. the room had nice furniture. very nice pool and spa area.
Cons: room shower smelled mouldy.

Pros: Location, staff, comfortable bed and pillows and good bar food.
Cons: Heard other guests talking in their rooms throughout the night.
Pros: Location and the shuttle to the airport. Marriott is our first choice usually.
Cons: Entry to our room had a wood edge that was hard to roll our suitcases over. Minor complaint.
Pros: The concierge was extremely helpful.
Cons: Room service. We had to wait over an hour and a half for simple food items.
Pros: Food was better than expected Staff was great
Cons: No WiFi service. Hard to believe in this day and age. Really put a damper on an otherwise very good experience
Pros: Clean, restaurant
Cons: Walking distance from gates to the hotel shuttle, no help for elder people, early morning transfer from hotel to airport
Pros: I was not a fan of this hotel being a Life Time Platium Marriott member I think the staff and management team should be a little more professional and focus on customer service.
Cons: They should not be vacuuming the ducks while guests are having dinner in the restaurant nor should they be changing burnt light bulbs over you when one is eating, this is very insulting and non hygienic. very poor management skills
Pros: The service was great and the room was lovely.
Pros: Close airport. Shuttle was very slow. Staff was very friendly but there was no follow through. Paid extra for Executive Level and was very disappointed.
Pros: I liked the restaurant and bar service.
Cons: I didn't like the doorman. He was curt and had a dour face.
Pros: Ate dinner there and it was good.
Cons: Everything was fine except I did not get my Marriott points. The desk clerk said he could not find my number. When I contacted Marriot to see if I could get my points, they said I needed a receipt which I did not get.
Pros: Close proximity to the airport with shuttle service
Cons: The breakfast was overpriced (30 Euro) what was provided, which was a minimal buffet. The dinner service was substandard with a 30 minute wait to receive a fresh fruit dessert. The dessert was half water
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: There was no hot water. When we called the staff said that the tanks was empty and there was nothing they could do about it. It was bedtime so I took a COLD shower, but my daughter didn't want to take a cold shower so she went to bed dirty.
Admire the dance of the airplanes from your fully renovated room. Located in the heart of the airport, the hotel offers spacious, soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms and suites that are ideal for families. Relax in our bar or sit back in the Novotel Café restaurant during your layover; you're only a few minutes from the airport terminals. Take advantage of the hotel's five meeting rooms for your seminars and business meetings.
Pros: The fact that the gates are within walking distance plus having a comfortable rest before taking off is ideal !
Pros: The location is close to the airport with a view of a runway. Even so, it was quiet and I had a comfortable sleep. It is also close to the RER (commuter train) that goes to and from the center of Paris and other areas in the vicinity.
Pros: The location is outstanding.
Cons: Good hotel. Perfect for an overnight at the airport. I only wish I could have opened my window.
Pros: Fast checkin, helpfull staff, excellent breakfast
Cons: A bit hot in rooms
Pros: Location is great and Breakfast was nice.
Cons: Light switches were broken, bed really uncomfortable and bed covers looked old / dirty.
Pros: The location.
Cons: The food during dinner was terrible. I was expecting Fresh vegetables over frozen and limp ones.
Pros: Nothing great. But nothing bad either. Good for spending the night before an early flight out of CDG. The hotel is connected to the Airport transportation lines. Restaurant is okay, the burger and the club sandwich were good. Salad and were okay, but if you can get food before, youre probably better off.
Pros: great location and easy access to the airport terminals. the lobby was nice.
Cons: The room was like a soviet-era dormitory room. Square room with no character, poor lighting and a hard bed. Bathroom with cheap fixtures. Separate toilet with dim lighting. completely non-descript, drab and sad.
Pros: Convenient location, reasonable, nice rooms.
Pros: Location was fantastic and made going to the airport so easy . The hotel was practically in the railway station. Breakfast was very good and the children got to eat for free.
Cons: Bathroom shower area needs a good bleach clean. Airconditioning was ineffective.
Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: Halls and carpets look dirty.
The 4* Novotel Suites Paris CDG Airport Villepinte hotel is 20 mins from Roissy CDG Airport (Blue Line shuttle) and the Villepinte Exhibition Center. 100% renovated hotel with air-conditioned suites spanning 322 sq ft; a separate tub & shower, fast Internet, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, Canal+, beIN Sports, foreign channels. 24-hr services: Boutique Gourmande, fitness center, private parking.
Cons: It has been mentioned in the poster of the guest lift that massage service is provided every nite from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. But when I enquired more details of such service, the staff are so indifferent to tell me that he has no idea of such service. If I see the masseuse , the massage service will be available in the lobby. And the front desk staff just turned away and continue of what he is doing. ....what a service ?! Furthermore, Staff including the management staff are very inflexible and unhelpful to meet guests’ need. I wonder why shall I select this international brand to other brands , and in the end I am not being took good care with , not even with a simple request of storing luggage after checked out.
Cons: Its not a 4 star hotel. Prefabricated bathroom , no toiletries, heat did not work and was not fixed after numerous complains, hardly any outlets in the room, no gym (they call 3 walk-masters a gym), charged double for taxes, shuttle bus did not arrive
Pros: Booked for a night. Granted us later check out at 2pm without additional charge. Friendly staff and efficient service. Very comfortable room for couple and 13YO. . Clean and spacious
Cons: breakfast could be better but reasonable
Pros: well designed suites and great location and the blue shuttle pus
Cons: It would be good to inform guests to take the blue bus NOT the pink bus. There were at least 3 other novotels hotels and I was misinformed by airport staff and told to take pink bus. I lost a lot of time on the pink bus and back to airport .
Pros: The room provided me with everything that I needed and wanted for a reasonable price. The shuttle to-/from- the airport was a wonderful perk.
Cons: It's a busy hotel. The front desk appreciated my patience. Finding where to catch the shuttle and which shuttle at the airport was quite confusing. It's the BLUE Shuttle (anticipate ~30 min each direction).
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: Transfer to airport was later than advertised And there was some confusion about when to get off
Pros: Inspire of no public transportation. Staff arrange the taxi on reasonable price and we're very caring.
Cons: It's located too far from the main city. On top of that there was transportation strick.
Pros: I like the fact that there was a coffee maker, tea pot, and a small fridge and microwave. The room was spacious and quiet. It was an enjoyable location next to the airport.
Cons: There was a front desk attendant that made my friends and I uncomfortable. He was trying to flirt and was being unprofessional in my opinion. We never tried to engage in conversation with him but he would try to force conversation on us.
Pros: Closeness to airport
Cons: Everything in Europe is Tiny
Pros: clean, wide rooms, heater working very well, strong hot water shower.. free blue line bus shuttle from airport.
Cons: at check in the staff almost give us 2 triple room (we book 2 quadruple room), but they give us the correct room after complaining. need guarantee (open credit card) with quite big amount 300 euro for our room.
Cons: The signs at the airport need to distinguish between the different Novotel hotels
Pros: Unpleasant experience
Cons: Hotel was totally misrepresented and honestly quite expensive for location and quality, far from airport, shuttle delays (Uber saved us), small room called a suite, twin beds were a trundle with just mattress, totally prefab construction....total disappo

Enjoy a drink in hotel bar 707, or tuck into French or international meals on the terrace of the restaurant. Trendy rooms are soundproofed, offer separate sofa beds and a pillow menu. Kids stay and eat free.
Pros: I like the cleanliness of the property and the free airport shuttle.
Cons: I didn’t like the over priced breakfast almost 20 euros for food that didn’t look very appealing. I considered eating there but didn’t like the selection at all. Also, I asked for a toothbrush and was asked to come to reception to pick it up which has never happened to me at any hotel! They always always bring it to my room. The cleaning staff was not friendly. I walked by and greeted them and wasn’t acknowledged.
Pros: Entire property including rooms were exceptionally clean, breakfast was nice with lots of activities for children in lobby
Pros: The restaurant atmosphere, food and service
Pros: The staff were efficient and helpful. The airport bus was excellent. The food was very good.
Pros: The staff was nice is all I can say. The lobby is renovated. Rooms are a disaster
Cons: I paid $145 and the room was a tiny box with chipped up furniture. Leave a lot of time for the shuttle. It’s a good 25-30 minutes and it drops you another 15 minutes away from the terminal
Pros: Close to the beach area.
Cons: Room is a bit small.
Pros: Staff is very nice. Cleanliness!
Pros: Very accommodating staff. Comfortable room. Handy for the airport.
Cons: Not really. We had dinner and while it was fine, it was not the best we have ever had.
Pros: Great games area for the kids
Cons: Not very clean. Maybe the hotel was short staffed given the transport strike. A dirty tray from previous guest was left in front of my door when I checked in. I had to tell the front desk to take it away. The sheets on the bed had hair on them. One sheet even had a red stain which seems like blood. Given the hotel is near the airport, I didn't anticipate the morning shuttle ride to the airport took 45 minutes to get to T2. The hotel should alert guests of that so people can plan accordingly and not miss their flights.
Pros: Helpful front office staff
Cons: There were no instructions on how to take the shuttle or where to take the shuttle from the airport. It was a nightmare trying to figure out at night! It might help to send passengers a map of where to go for the shuttle and timing.
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Safe box was locked already when I arrived and asked front to send someone to open it, they agreed but nobody came. It is not good.
7,8 Good (6 286 reviews)
With a stay at Première Classe Roissy - Aéroport Charles De Gaulle in Roissy-en-France, you'll be a 2-minute drive from Aeroville Shopping Center and 6 minutes from Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge at scheduled times, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Boat Style rooms
Cons: No ventilation,bathroom smells bad
Pros: The shuttle bus
Cons: It was so overpriced for the type of hotel it was.
Pros: Friendly personel and ok breakfast for the price paid
Cons: Poor plastic bathroom...
Pros: I believe someone had smoked in this room previously. Tiny room but clean other thanks the smell of smoke which they attempted to cover up.
Pros: The most comfortable beds we have slept in over the last month.
Pros: Location, shuttle to airport, near restaurants that were good.
Cons: Bathroom is a cruise ship type self contained unit. Shower drain would not drain so bathroom filled with water when we showered.
Pros: Location a little out of everything, but near airport.
Cons: Room air conditioner not working
Pros: very good location and friendly staff
Cons: all good
Pros: Small but well designed and efficient, not fancy but smart and functional
Pros: Great location near the airport, good breakfast, and relatively inexpensive.
Cons: Room was small, but what I expected from a budget hotel.
Cons: The room is a little small. The air conditioner didnt work (maybe I didn’t run it in the right way ).
Pros: Close to airport. Has a very convenient shuttle bus to airport.
Cons: They do not allow you to leave bags at hotel for a few hours after check out so if you have a flight in the afternoon you have to pay to store luggage at airport.
When you stay at Golden Tulip CDG Airport Villepinte in Roissy-en-France, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Parc Asterix and Stade de France. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
Pros: Decent hotel. Clean, safe, friendly desk clerks, convenient to CDG airport, which is why we booked it.
Cons: The Golden Tuplib uses 2 twin beds pushed together in lieu of an actual Queen or King sized mattress. This is not as comfortable, due to the seam and rigid area between the beds. This is a common trend in European hotels, and it is lamentable. Have they not heard of larger mattresses? Do they not experience the same discomfort?
Pros: Late buffet supper was good, lots of choices.
Cons: Could’ve been my mistake but the “shuttle bus” was public transport. Standing room only and one drop off at the airport with no help as to where we were. Struggle to find correct terminal.
Pros: Free wifi. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Near a walkable town/neighborhood.
Cons: Nothing negative to say. It was a nice overnight rest stop before heading to the CDG airport.
Pros: The shuttle from the airport to the hotel pases frequently and is a short ride. The room was great, clean, and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
Pros: The Pink Line shuttle (free) stops directly at the front door of The Golden Tulip about every 20 minutes and takes you on its route back to CDG airport so you can catch the RER B train to downtown Paris.
Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect. It can easily be reached from the airport using the Pink Line Shuttle which drops you right in front of the hotel. It was also very easy to go back to the airport using the Pink Shuttle once again. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, big, quiet and very comfortable. Despite being quite close to the airport, I was glad that the noise from airplanes could not be heard from the room. A 50cl bottle of water, 2 cups, 2 coffee, 2 milk, 2 sugar, 4 tea bags, and a biscuit was offered in the room with a kettle which was very convenient. The Aeroville shopping centre is very close to the hotel and is huge! It has many restaurants and shops. The reception at the Aeroville shopping centre offers the facility of booking a taxi. I had dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel. The food was great (but expensive) and the portion size was also big. The hairdryer in my room was not working and once I informed the reception, the hairdryer was repaired quickly.
Cons: The staff at the reception and at the restaurant were not very friendly. The food at the restaurant was expensive and limited food choices. The lighting in the room was not enough. Water was leaking from the pipe of the shower. A taxi from the hotel to the Aeroville shopping centre, which is approximately a 4 minutes drive cost me 15 euros and on the way back cost me 20 euros which was expensive considering the fact that the shopping centre is so close to the hotel.
Pros: They let me checked in early. That was so nice because i was so tired . Its clean and fresh. There is a safe lock. Complimentary water is included. Can make Coffee and tea in the room . The free shuttle bus to and from airport was so nice and convenient. It runs every 20 minutes from 5am til midnight . Use Pink line!! Good breakfast. Friendly staff. There is a selfie camera by the lobby.
Cons: The bed is squeaky in room 417. Everytime i move or turn, its making that sound. There is no nearby restaurants . Otherwise you can eat at the hotel which is more expensive or go back to airport and eat there.
Pros: The staff is very kind
Cons: The room is a bit old. The furniture is not well maintained. The bad and the pillow are of a bad quality
Cons: We had a 7am international flight. Their first shuttle was 5:15 putting us to airport at wrong terminal at 5:45. Had to take a taxi. Wish i had stayed in paris central. I stayed at an airport hotel for their free shuttle service but ended up taking a taxi...
Pros: When in transit, and not enough time for Paris, this colony of moderate cost hotel chains is convenient. You can walk into the village for dinner, sleep and leave next day. That's what they do. Clean and quick. No taxi wants to go tot he airport for less that 25 euros (7km). UBER is 7-8 Euros. There is a free bus to the TGV/RER station in terminal 2G, then you take Navette N1 or N2 to your subterminal.
Pros: Proximity to the airport
Cons: Front desk staff was terrible, when there was even anyone there
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The location was very convenient to the airport and the area around the hotel was perfect for a morning walk!
Cons: Got in a bit late and it was really difficult to find food. Could not figure out the room service menu even after asking staff.

Savour products from the local market at breakfast, and taste the selection of wines in Before Paris - our restaurant and in-house brewery.
Pros: Very clean and nice environment
Cons: The information for airport shuttle is not very clear and hotel staff were not friendly to guide over phone. Also the checkin at hotel took 30 minutes as only one staff is doing this .
Pros: The hotel was very comfortable and quiet.
Pros: It will be ideal if breakfast is included on the same tariff
Cons: Breakfast could be provided
Pros: Good location for trade show. Good size room Good bathroom Nice sheets
Cons: Breakfast is not good
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Very dated. Room only passable in cleanliness. Shower screen poorly fitted, in fact the wrong way for the shower which soaked the floor and everything in water when in use. Very strange
Pros: It was quiet
Cons: Check in assistant was not really pleasant. Karaoke was going on and area was really noisy.
Pros: Shuttle service from and to the Airport (20-30min), big room, flipper in the lobby
Cons: Not that clean, bathroom-door had stains Hotel is quite old(-fashioned) except the lobby
Pros: Clean and quiet hotel conveniently located near CDG. The staff is very friendly. Nice little restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely book again.
Pros: I can't believe the price I got for such a nice hotel adjacent to the airport.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with restaurant and bar.
Pros: room is a bit small, but others are all good.
Pros: Game area
Cons: The showers did have a full curtain
Unwind with your family or partner in one of the spacious rooms at the Novotel Paris Roissy CDG Convention hotel! Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of our bar and discover the platters and tapas made with seasonal produce at our Gourmet Bar restaurant. Enjoy free access to the wellness area, with its hammam-sauna and heated indoor swimming pool, and experience total relaxation. With 17 meeting rooms with natural daylight, our hotel is ideal for your business trips, seminars and conferences
Pros: The sauna and pool and it was close to airport. perfect way to end a vacation.
Cons: Not much around the area
Cons: The bed was not comfortable and the food which came from room service, pizza, was not very hot and crust was slightly burnt on the bottom. I did not feel welcomed at all when I checked in.
Cons: More breakfasts options
Pros: Shuttle to the airport was easy to use! Overall clean, but not worth 4 stars.
Cons: Room had some cosmetic issues that I would not expect from a 4 star hotel. Chipped paint, stained tiles, worn couch, etc. Lack of public transportation to hotel. Mostly quiet, but was awoken at 7am by loud banging/dragging noises above me.
Pros: Swimming pool was nice.
Cons: The bathroom looked and felt dirty. The room was small, not what I expected from a superior queen room. Breakfast was poor.
Pros: The beds are very nice and very clean all the time
Pros: Nice big room with a sofa. Bathroom clean and a nice size. Shuttle to the airport was very good.
Cons: There is nothing close to the hotel. You are stuck paying 20 for breakfast or eat at the airport which was a total rip off.
Pros: Nothing much.
Cons: The shuttle bus only came every 20 mins and took 30 mins to get there. We would have been quicker walking. We got there at 7pm and the swimming pool had closed at 6pm. We only booked that hotel because of the pool. Closing a pool at 6pm is very bad in my opinion. To top it off, my son got sick from the food in restaurant. We ate at 8pm and by 4am he was getting sick, and he got sick every hour thereafter. We only stayed there because we missed a flight. So the hotel made a bad situation worse. Very very disappointing. We should have stayed in the airport hotel in terminal 3.
Pros: Free shuttle to the airport
Cons: Breakfast was bad/boring & the same everyday. Hotel Restaurant staff not friendly. Had to wait for the room service orders for hours when u enquire no one knows about it. There was no consistency with the orders/menus. The language barrier was an issue for me. I don’t think it’s acceptable for a hotel which caters for people throughout the world, especially business people & the staff at reception & restaurant struggles to speak English, the international language. The staff was not generally friendly
Pros: All staff rude unpleasant and absolutely unable to give any assistance
Pros: I especially liked the little space for children. Very convenient to keep them nicely busy while waiting for the meals to come.
Cons: The shuttle to the airport. I thought it was a private shuttle belonging to the hotel but it was in fact an airport shuttle and so it was crowded.
Pros: We wanted to stay the night before our early flight close to the airport. This hotel is very close to the airport and also has a free shuttle (although the shuttle does pick up other passengers and took 15-20 minutes to get to Terminal 2).
Cons: There was no shampoo or conditioner. Instead, there was a combined body/shampoo bottle on the shower wall - but it was empty. There were several loose floor tiles in the bathroom. And the complimentary bottle of water had a broken cap seal (reused?)

Pros: they did have an amazing breakfast.
Cons: felt discriminated not being a gold or platinum member and not being able to use the huge Executive Suite restaurant. Geez!
Pros: Easy access to Paris by train
Cons: A bit dated. No shuttle to terminal one.
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Breakfast range that we selected was 6am to 6:30, and arrive at 6:31.. which is alright! Could have been better specially when you are traveling and time is everything!
Pros: Mobile phone charging points.
Cons: From the welcome to everything. Reception. Room. Food.
Pros: I liked the location, walking distance to the station bringing you to either terminal. The room is quite big the parking is convenient and big enough, The bed was very comfortable and I slept extremely well.
Cons: the room decoration is a bit sterile and looks a bit like a first class hospital
Pros: The Location is very good as its an easy journey from terminal 2 on the wee train
Cons: The cost of a beer is shocking 10 euro for a 3 euro pint can't be justified
Pros: Room was nice for the needs of resting before a flight, may be good for business people, or as a transit stay. Good view of the airport, for spotting buffs, would be better if facing the airport and not off to the side.
Cons: Overpriced, pool was a disappointment, no where to walk around to.
Pros: The location is fine, just like other airport hotels it's fairly accessible from the airport.
Cons: Very disappointed in our hotel stay, and VERY VERY disappointed with Hilton's customer service when I reached out with concerns. They said they would resolve them but then never contacted me again, even though I followed up several times. NOT recommended.
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. I was happy that the room had a bathtub. Overall room facilities were very good.
Cons: Check-in service at night was slow. Bar cocktail wasn't that good and overpriced, and service at the bar wasn't great either.
Pros: easy to reach good for transfer passengers
Cons: Room was quite dark to me.
Pros: Very nice hotel, location is greatest, no taxi needed. Just use the CDGVAL, get off at the T3 Roissypole stop. Large rooms, everything you need!
The Hyatt Regency Paris-CDG is a modern hotel. The hotel consists of two story buildings that are connected by a large glass atrium. The futuristic design has won several architectural awards.
Cons: The bathroom definitely must be renovated
Pros: Very caring professional service.
Cons: 1. The shower had no water pressure and the water kept switching from extreme hot to extreme cold every few seconds. 2. Limited Shuttle service.
Cons: The shuttle connection location and operation time is not clear and simple for a first comer when they just landed in a big airport. Partly due to the ineffective airport authority.
Cons: Needs up dating, carpet worn , AC not working properly Restaurant closed for function why not use a meeting room
Cons: They left my son in the lobby until 4am because he did not have a credit card. I had booked the room and given them my credit card information. He paid a deposit but they still left him in the lobby. To date they have not returned his deposit. Very angry!
Pros: Bed and room are ok
Cons: Bus shuttle is not big enough and not too often
Pros: Very pretty, comfortable, close to cdg.
Pros: Common areas were good
Cons: Rooms need to be upgraded. Bathrooms are dated, stained. Rooms have finger prints marks where facilities has performed maintenance. Carpeting in the rooms are rumpled.
Pros: Location and shuttle bus to the exhibition
Cons: The staff was not organized.
Pros: Great Airport Location. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Cons: Can't open windows, only noisy air condition. Rooms, especially bath rooms need urgent renovation. Restaurant/ bar in the lobby, with very expensive baisc menu and drafty seats.
Pros: Near the airport with free shuttle.
Cons: I booked for 3 people and they just give us 1 bed. Towels were ready but only for two people. Two adults and 1 16 yr old were booked and age of the 3rd is specified upon advance booking.
A comfortable stay just a few minutes from Roissy CDG Airport and Villepinte exhibition center. Come and enjoy our new Sweet Bed by ibis bedding in one of our non-smoking rooms with free WIFI. Ideal for business trips or as a starting point for your vacation with friends or family, the ibis Roissy CDG Paris Nord 2 hotel offers secure parking and an on-the-go breakfast served from 4am. A bar and 24-hour snack service are also available.
Pros: Parking okay shuttle to airport fine.
Cons: Breakfast very poor service in restaurant none existant. Lack of hot water for all of our stay.
Cons: Parking should be free.
Pros: Hotel was Good, Breakfast was good and At Reception Mr. Michel is a very nice Man, he is very Co-Operative.
Pros: Bed size
Cons: The room does not deserve the price of 130 euros. The difference between Ibis budget and Ibis is only in the interior of the room. But there is a slight difference. In the future, we will only be taking the Ibis budget when we need a short break at the airport
The 3-star ibis Styles Paris Roissy-CDG hotel, open 24 hours a day, close to the Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) and the Villepinte exhibition centre is ideal for a business or leisure stay. Offer with breakfast and unlimited Wi-Fi included. The rooms are completely renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people. The hotel offers a cosy bar, restaurant (buffet or à la carte), fitness, private parking (fee) and a free shuttle bus from the airport.
Pros: The heating system at the hotel was awesome, Had the room nice an cozy.
Cons: The halls were very cluttered with cleaning staff carts and dirty towels and stuff most of the day and evening.
Pros: The hotel is an airport hotel, so pros and cons. Very nice shuttle service. Very nice staff. The location is relatively close to the airport. The breakfast was included in the rate. Acceptable for a single night.
Cons: The restaurant is not that great in terms of food quality. In addition, it is also expensive for being a buffet. The room is minimal and unfortunately, not much insulation from noise. I also had to call the front desk twice to complain for people speaking loudly before they stopped.
Cons: Room was too small for three people. The added bed was too short. The airconditioning did not work. Ibis Styles needs to make it clear that there are two hotels with the same Ibis Styles name at the same airport in completely different locations. We lost about one hour going to the wrong one. The airport signs point you to Ibis Styles, but if you follow them you end up with the classier Ibis Styles not the one at Roissy. When you google Ibis Styles it send you to the classier version so it's really confusing.
Pros: Free breakfast and free shuttle to terminals. Very easy to get to and from airport
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful. Room wasn't bad for the price.
Cons: The shower did not work. The water would only come out from the tub part. I had to sit in the tub and bathe using a cup to pour water on myself since the shower was not working. I was already in the shower when I realized this, so I didn't have a chance to tell anyone at the hotel.
Pros: Great staff and nice clran bathroom!
Pros: Location -no airport noise and near a walkable village.
Cons: No air conditioning.
Pros: We really enjoy the hotel experience very much.
Cons: We requested for them to book as their branch in Montpelier which they did. But it the experience was different because the day receptionist is unprofessional and very rude!
Pros: It was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was OK. Overall the facility appeared to be a bit frayed. There are several Ibis properties near the airport and it is very confusing which one we reserved at. WE initially went to the wrong property.
Cons: Room was small. It was a 20 minute bus ride from the airport so not a real good airport option and it was expensive. Limited dining options in the area.
Cons: Smelly bathroom/washrooms in the room. Too small and basic for 115$.
Pros: Ease of travel to and from cdg airport. Comfy, clean and value for money.
When you stay at B&B Hôtel Paris Roissy CDG Aéroport in Roissy-en-France, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre and Parc Asterix. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, an elevator, and a vending machine. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
Pros: Breakfast was good but not included in the price... Because the name of the hotel "B&B" doesn't stand for bed and breakfast but is the initials of the two businessmen who created it. Check in and out was quick. Front desk was helpful with shuttle schedule to reach the airport in the morning. Room was super clean.
Cons: Lighting in the room was pretty poor, space around the bed is really thin, just a wall soap pump in the shower... no shampoo no goodies. Through the window you often smell kerosene fumes. No key, no card, just a lengthy access code. No way to lock the door open to facilitate luggage handling.
Pros: Convenient location and shuttle to airport, clean
Cons: No amenities, not even shampoo, small
Pros: Nice staff and good location
Cons: Parking is not free
Pros: Breakfast was less than expected. The eggs tasted as though they were fake; however, there are other options such as fruit and bread to fill up on.
Cons: The hotel felt dirty and cheap.
Pros: Nice for a layover at CDG
Pros: Based on the area it is located this hotel a seriously no frills. No reseraunt to have an evening meal. had to walk to another hotel locally in very bad weather. The hotel could only be described as shabby at best and customer service depended on who you spoke to. there was no refreshments in the room nor was there any room service. If you want to eat at this hotel your choice is a vending machine! this was a first and last time experience and for approx 90 euros its way over priced. If this is two star then the IBIS should be at least 4 star. Never Again!
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Good location. Thanks.
Pros: Close to airport, easy check in and check out, free airport shuttle and good price
Cons: Very small room... but didn't really matter as we were just there overnight
Pros: It was in a great location. It was clean and felt safe.
Cons: The staff was unfriendly and not helpful.
Pros: Good location for airport. The room was modern and efficient.
Cons: Broken soap dispenser.
Located right beside the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center and its RER train station, on the outskirts of Paris and close to the Paris Roissy Charles De Gaulle and Bourget airports, the 3-star ibis Styles Parc des Expositions hotel welcomes you for business or family stays. We have 85 air-conditioned rooms, a seminar room, private car park and free WIFI. Enjoy a nice glass of wine at the bar, in our Courtepaille restaurant or on its lovely terrace.
Pros: Staff was very nice, kind and helpful.
Cons: Shower area was not separated from the rest of the bathroom, so everything was wet after taking a bath. Hangers for clothes are placed very close to the ground, so not possible to hang long coat or jacket anywhere in the room.
Pros: Location close to Villepinte
Cons: Basic breakfast
Pros: It was clean the beds were comfortable and the reception staff extremely helpful. Looking after my luggage while I attended the trade show nearby. It was a relatively short walk through a tunnel under the station to the expo site but lots of steps if anyone dislikes them.
Cons: The restaurant staff were very attentive but unfortunately as a vegetarian the options were extremely limited for starters and mains if you didn’t want salad it was veggie burger and fries. If you didn’t want burger I presume you’d need to go elsewhere but again as you’re out at the expo area you’re pretty limited.
Cons: Hotel was not very clean the front staff was lovely. Very noisy can hear everything in the halls
Pros: Well located for the exhibition centre where I was working. Good restaurant on site. Friendly helpful staff
Cons: Tiny room with window facing an internal courtyard so no proper daylight. Would have been nice to have room service available/ restaurant open later as I was working long hours. Quite expensive for the size of the room.
Pros: Close proximity to the Airport (train recommended).
Cons: South rooms exposed to train noise. Very basic breakfast.
Pros: Good location for the station and trip into Paris.
Cons: Poor breakfast, not much left to choose from after a leaving coach party emptied the continental buffet on one day. Nothing really looked fresh and inviting. I’ve traveled a few places in my time and this hotel ranked quite low amongst my other experiences. Room very small, even though had paid extra through booking.com for a better room. No tea or coffee facilities. Room clean though and lobby areas and hallways similar

Cons: There was no refrigerator in the room and the only ice machine they had was not even plugged in. I was able to get ice from the restaurant.
Pros: We were there for New Years Eve so didn’t spend a lot of time at hotel - strike created problems with transport with getting in and out of city - free shuttle from hotel to CDG from 5:20am -11:30pm (roughly) made getting to airport for early flight easy. Breakfast nice from 5:30am.
Pros: We used this hotel after getting stuck in Paris for 3 days extra when the strikes were on, hotel was very clean and beds comfortable
Cons: The buffet (breakfast/dinner) was awful and so expensive! There wasn’t really any veggie options and the food was genuinely some of the worst I’ve eaten. There was no many other restaurants close either
Pros: Room size bathroom. Friendly helpful staff
Cons: Phone in room did not work Didn’t realize the shuttle leaves you at a bus stop and not in front of terminal
Pros: Courtesy of the staff.
Cons: The restaurant had mediocre food.
Cons: Unbrlievavbly loud construction noise made it impossible for us to rest after 24 hours of traveling. Hotell staff unwilling to help, very rude and blamed us because we had come early. No mention was made of this when checking in. Noise lasted till 7PM.
Pros: Location close to airport and secure parking
Cons: Very expensive for quality of hotel. Restaurant closed at 10:30pm which seems early for an airport hotel. Staff were unfriendly, were very slow, and tried to get me to pay twice!
Pros: The cleanliness
Cons: No mini fridge in the room
Cons: The hotel was very run down. The rooms were more like a 2 star hotel. The bathroom had no heating. The toilet roll holder was broken. There was nothing in the mini bar. There were no English channels on TV - not even the news ! Inspite of all this being advertised. There was no vegetarian option in the room service menu or in the restaurant apart from salad. Breakfast was very basic. There was a sign on the bedroom door to say that it was safer to put the bolt on and to double check ID of anyone at your door !!! This was unbelievable ! As a woman travelling alone for work this was very scary !
Pros: Who went to check in and the main manager that was there was very abrupt and rude and short but there was another girl and she was very pleasant and kind of got into the room and there was blood on the floor next speckles of blood on the floor!
Cons: They moved us to another room and we asked for a wake up call that never came in the morning who said we asked our call and never came and another manager in the morning says oh its Americans are always complaining. Worst ever! we'are grateful but
Pros: Great location relative to the airport. Very clean room and good service.
Cons: Nothing to comment on.
The Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention hotel welcomes you to the heart of the airport. This friendly hotel is ideal for a business or leisure stay. Take advantage of stunning views of the runways from your room or meeting room and equipment to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Free WIFI, swimming pool with terrace, fitness room, games, entertainment, 24-hour dining and lounge bar. The hotel also offers 19,375 sq. ft. (1800 m2) of conference space.
Cons: Staff was not very helpful Restaurant staff is even worse Too expensive for a very small room. You have cheaper options with a better price!
Pros: Rooms are really nice except that its not possible to open the windows. Restaurant was really bad. We hd to wait really long. The menu has a lot of menues with chèvre and salmon (not really menues that are for everyone). The burger was not medium it was rate also the next day when we told them again please check that its cooked medium it was rare. The houskeeping were really nice! The reception was flirting too much. The taxi company you are working with is more expensive than a normal one. The lobby is really nice decorated and we felt comfortable and cosy.
Pros: New & clean
Cons: Poor customer services
Cons: Hotel booked car service witch was a rip-off. 30 minutes wait at the bar no waitress where there. Baby bed not straight had to replace it. Food looked like it was from the day before. I will definitely no recommend this place.
Pros: The hotel was fantastic, having extremely comfortable and relaxing rooms. There was a very nice tub and shower, with a very plush bed. The facilities were also fantastic, with a nice pool area. The bar is directly downstairs as well, where you can have them uncork you a bottle and enjoy it in the comfort of your room. What a great refresher on a long trip! Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at.
Pros: Convenient location to CDG airport.
Cons: Difficult to access from construction zone.
Pros: Very convenient to airport. Great beds.
Pros: Comfort of the bed
Cons: Fitness center
Pros: THe pool and restaurant were amazing. The hotel was clean and well decorated.
Cons: I specifically chose a room that said it had a king size bed and a second bed. However, this type of room was not available upon checking in and we were given a room with two twin beds! It did not meet expectations
Cons: I had to come one night earlier and they did not want to transfer the fare so they wanted me to pay 2 nights instead of one
Pros: Bed amd houskeeping was good.
Cons: The worst thing was stuff. Very unfriendly, not helpfull stuff. Dont say all information. If you ask something they look like I disturb them. Bar wasnt open on time and when I ask if someone can come there it tooks them 45 min. Then girl who come didnt speak English so anyway I didnt get what I wantes. Restaurant stuff same. Food was good but if something miss there no possibility to get it as a tea spoon. We had dance party there and when I compare it with other hotels here we felt hotel stuff everywhere. As I worked in hotel as well you managers should be unvisible if you want to be profesional. So at all lack of service and totally not worth of that price.
Cons: Access. There is no shuttle from/to CDG T2 (though there is one for flight crews). CDGVal + walk to the hotel 'across the street' with heavy luggages is not an experience I'd like to have again (and we were lucky it was not raining). Take a taxi.
