Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. The historic building and decor receive positive remarks, as do some aspects of the service. However, there are concerns about room quality, maintenance, and value for price, with several guests mentioning issues with outdated rooms, insufficient staff, and high costs. Some amenities like the pool and gym are noted as underwhelming or lacking in service. Overall, the hotel is admired for its charm and comfort, but improvements are needed in service consistency and facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
