Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, with some appreciating amenities like kitchenettes and terraces. However, breakfast often disappointed due to limited variety and quality, and several reviews mention that the hotel and its facilities are dated and could benefit from better maintenance. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others noted a lack of cordiality or attentiveness. Bed comfort and room arrangements received neutral feedback, with some issues regarding mattress quality and noise. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and room comfort, but improvements are needed in breakfast, maintenance, and some aspects of service.
