Pros (+) The views were nice. That’s all.
Cons (-) The breakfast rate was to be included per the booking and review. Unfortunately it was $20(!) per person (!) which was ridiculous. There was no hot water. Overall, very disappointed and would recommend at least another property.

Cons (-) Problem with handicap parking from check in. Could not get to room for more than half hour due to tour bus blocking lot. Reception said they checked in before you. Nearly every time we tried to come or go a bus was in the way.

Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful! The view is amazing especially from the upper buildings where you can see all the way over the mountains to the the gulf and to guanacoste in the distance. The rooms were very nice and very comfortable beds and very clean. They have their own hiking trails at the top and it was wonderful to hike at our leisure through the cloud forest. Cons (-) The only negatives to this hotel were actually minor ones that would have just made it a more perfect experience overall. The fact that it is in such a large area they use shuttles to take you from one location to another.
