The staff helped me choose and book activities, recommended places to eat, and were just generally super helpful. Cons (-) Really, not much. Everything was at the very top end of my expectations for this price range. One very minor suggestion for improvement, the wall behind the bigger bed in room twelve has a rough cement texture that scraped my knuckles twice. Maybe add a headboard?
