Cons (-) We had to sleep in our car as the hotel was overbooked at the time that we made our reservation. No one had notified us prior to driving 16 hours from Toronto to Moncton. We were also promised a full refund and have still not received our money back. We will never recommend Kayak to anyone as well as never booking via Kayak ever again.
