10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything and everyone
Cons: Nothing
6,7 Good
Pros: Clean
Cons: 1. Overcrowded. Far too many people for the space. 2. Overpriced. Anyone who knows the region will know you can stay somewhere more beautiful and just as comfortable for half the price. I am very happy to pay whatever money for something lovely, but this wasn’t it. Rooms are poky, breakfast is nice (but not plentiful) and playing Eine Kleine Nachtmusik while you eat is just a bit kitsch. 3. Over-curated. There are some nice touches but generally the design is fussy and a bit done. It is also a thin veneer as the useable products available to guests are of mediocre quality (eg hairdryer, toiletries). Basically, this is the kind of place where middle Englanders with no experience of rural spain go and think they’re being adventurous, or where Spanish go and think they’re being refined, either way, if you’re a bit basic you’ll probably rave about this place, but for anyone with depth, avoid it.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I would highly recommend this tranquil place for anyone traveling with pets. Best regards to Pipa from Abuelito Vasile!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: La Almunia exceeded our expectations. The setting is stunning. Unfortunately we arrived in the rain however the fire was lit and we had a lovely evening. The dinner on both nights was one of the best meals of our entire holiday in Spain, breakfasts were enjoyed too. The staff are most welcoming and the rooms were very comfortable. We would definitely return.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfasts and evening meal exceptional. Superior room beautifully furnished with wonderful view of mountains. Stunning mountain or river gorge walks on door step. All staff are so welcoming and informative. Patricia the owner meets all her guests - she has created a stylish and comfortable haven in the mountains that we can highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing to dislike
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was close for visiting the Alhambra, which is the highlight of Granada. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Our rooms were spacious and a great value for the money.
Cons: Our room was on the upper level that overlooked the lobby below. At night, even with the curtains closed, quite a bit of light came into the room which made it difficult to sleep. If driving, the parking is inconvenient, as you have to park at a specific garage and take a taxi to the hotel.
7,0 Good
Cons: Location was good & room was nice but some things were very dusty (ie bedside lamp). The lady at Reception was very helpful.
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Staff in particular Juan Alfonso. We found Juan to be utmost professional and genuinely care about the customers
Cons: Booked 2 rooms but they were not the same quality in respect to size and level of comfort. Complimentary water was only limited 1 bottle per room..really? Bring a luxurious hotel, NH can do better
5,4 Okay
Cons: Specially booked this hotel for my birthday and they did not even give me a good room on higher floor which was my ONLY pre request! Then to add to this we were shocked .... for my birthday they gave a bottle of WATER with compliments !!!! Imagine a bottle of water given as compliments for your birthday. And to top it all ... the water was taken back by some staff when we returned back in the evening after sightseeing!! This behaviour was so disappointing and so unexpected from a hotel of this calibre. I will never go back there.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, warm and inviting
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location in the city center but super quiet. I recommend the rooms with a private terrace on the 5th floor. We appreciated their attention for the environment and had a very pleasant stay! Breakfast was very good as well.
Cons: The minibar/fridge didn't work in our room. Not being able to cool down our drink leftovers, we simply enjoyed a glas of wine on the terrace and the receptionist was happy to provide us with a corkscrew.
6,7 Good
Pros: They have been helpful at the end.
Cons: Location is central but not so easy to reach.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location was great but everything else suboptimal for price. The room had a sewer like smell. No coffee or tea in room. The bathroom space for toiletries inadequate. No bar to relax. The breakfast was less costly than other hotels. I chose this because of the good reviews but would not recommend it. Especially there looked like other much nicer footless in area. The only thing going for this place is location.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent during my 5 nights, the room was comfortable and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and if it wasn’t for the extremely noisy laneway I would have been well rested during my stay (I did see other reviews mentioning the noise but did not imagine it would be at that level all night and day). I employed ear plugs and relaxation music to blur the outside noise, but of course this did not allow me to reach a level of deep sleep. The location of the accommodation is the perfect base to visit all the tourist sights and I was able to apply for the “Granada Card” at reception which allows access to most attractions for 16 euros. I did not try breakfast at the hotel. I was satisfied with the check in and out procedure as it went smoothly, the staff were always polite and helpful. My suggestion would be to ask for a room that is not going be impacted by the street noise.
Cons: The constant noise from the front laneway was unreasonable and interfered with getting any quality sleep.

8,2 Excellent
Pros: The location is incredible. We felt like we were in the heart of Granada without being at the epicenter. You can walk to the Catedral de Granada, the Albaicin and the Alhambra (although that is steep and you might want to taxi). Even without those amazing sites the plazas and winding streets are charming and enough for any tourist. The Hotel is beautiful. One modern building and one classic. Both are kept up. We stayed in the modern building and looked upon the classic. It was done in a way that didn't distract from either building. The staff is friendly. If you've rented a car then you can park it for a small fee.
Cons: The Food & Beverage department appears to be severely understaffed. The staff works hard but they seem frazzled and their scope of work seems to be too large - indoor and outdoor seating as well as bar tending and bussing.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully decorated, quiet rooms with a central location (for main shopping area). Staff were attentive, helpful and friendly.
Cons: The bed in our room was a little hard for our taste and it is a little expensive (although in line with the market in Granada) compared with much of Spain. However, overall a really nice place to stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!! Hotel is amazing and all the personnel Berezova very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for your amazing job!!!

7,9 Good
Pros: Staff was super helpful and available to accomodate us when we asked to change rooms

Pros: At the border of the centrum. Design hotel.
Cons: Parking can be only private and it is expensive.
6,3 Good
Pros: Although the staff is friendly, location is great.. walking distance to the cathedral & old town.. the facilities are at the most a 4 stars hotel.
Cons: This hotel is definitely not a 5 star.

Overview Reviews
The Palacio de Santa Paula Autograph Collection is located in the historic center of Granada near the Albaicín and Sacro Monte areas, the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel, the historical Gardens of the Triumph, the Archeological museum, and, of course, the Alhambra. The beautiful hotel, one of the best five star hotels in Granada, is a 75-room restored masterpiece that was also declared an artistic and historic monument. It replaced the Santa Paula Convent and the Casa Morisca, which existed in the XVI and XII centuries respectively. This luxury hotel’s restaurant, “El Claustro”, where the Santa Paula convent refectory used to be, offers guests haute cuisine that fuses elements of traditional Andalusian gastronomy with modern culinary concepts. Free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel so that guests can connect to the internet whenever they want. R.T.A. Registration Number H/GR/01177.
7,0 Good
Pros: The setting in the 16th century building is fantastic. The service and staff were outstanding.
Cons: Our room was a bit dated and could use some freshning up. The breakfast was average. For a 5 star hotel i would expect more variety and more choice.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful rooms overlooking a stunning courtyard - the hotel used to be a Convent and Monastery. Gorgeous breakfast - nothing was too much trouble - thank you
Cons: Unfortunately there was a wedding which was beautiful to watch - although a little loud in the evening! However the lovely staff ( Carnen , Nadine and Carlos) moved us to a quieter room so we could sleep! A very kind gesture - so Thank you x

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so helpful and polite, the location is right in the centre and almost everything is within walking distance. The interior of the hotel is really nice and the room was amazing. The car garage is in the adjacent building, and is opened and locked by the reception staff, however there was alway a member of staff at reception and they were always more than happy to let me in and out of the garage when I asked. The garage is about a 20 second walk from the reception counter. The garage does come at an extra cost, but only 17€ a day, which is cheaper than most other parking in the city. We had a two bed suite, it featured one double bed room and one twin bed room with huge single beds. The kitchen was really high quality and there was a small balcony, standing room only really, but you could stand several people on it, it wasn't tiny.
Cons: Finding the hotel by car was hard - this was entirely my fault as the hotel sent explicit instructions, via email a few days before our stay, on how to get there by car. If you are arriving by car READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS! I didn't read them properly (which is entirely my fault) and it took me 50 minutes to find the loading bay outside the hotel! Other than that error on my part, everything else was perfect. We even opted to stay an extra night we were so impressed with the hotel and the city.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for getting to all parts of the city. Really lovely staff, super nice and helpful. Very welcoming and personalised service. HUGE breakfast but having the same thing every day did get a little dull - so would only recommend for short trips. Great rooms, really comfortable bed and pillows, all very clean. Very good shower.
Cons: WiFi in my room didn't work, however I did get to change rooms the next day and all was fine from then on. The room was a little dark. If you want big windows, don't, as I did, request a quiet room as these are at the back.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Large room, close to airport bus station, convenient location, friendly staff
Cons: Room temperature was unable reset.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The apartment hotel provides very modern, good size apartments containing all the facilities you could need. A staffed reception desk made check in easy. Parking in a secure car park at the rear of the building was very convenient although expensive. Staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the old town.
Cons: The hotel is in a busy street with no parking, so if your travelling by car do your research, as there is no where to stop while you book in.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, comfortable bed and spacious suite. Warm and quiet. Would definitely recommend and return.
Cons: Would be good to have a coffee maker in the room as you had to get dressed and go downstairs to the shared lounge to get coffee (no milk)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location and the apartment was so great. I would definitely stay again when I get back to Granada!

Pros: Breakfasts and evening meal exceptional. Superior room beautifully furnished with wonderful view of mountains. Stunning mountain or river gorge walks on door step. Cons: We ended up being charged more than what was quoted at the actual place. Plus, our elevator did not go to the floor. Rather we had to get off and climb stairs--my mother had a difficult time, given that she recently had surgery.

Pros: The building and room space, with maintenance planning and better customer services could great hotel.
Cons: Very unfriendly staff at the reception and breakfast, the breakfast was not worth paying for, heating in one of the rooms we booked was crazy as did not work first night, reported it and the Maintance man came over did fixe it that time but at night went banana again, so had to move hotel in our last night and off course we lost one night booking as the booking wad none refundable that us what the reception told me when I asked if it could be refunded as blamed me not reporting it again and moving rooms in the middle of the night

8,3 Excellent
Pros: near Sierra Nevada also very near to nevada shopping centre. We loved the Italian restaurant really enjoyed our meal
Cons: Last time we booked we had a lovely balcony! This time we were told it depended on which room, we found it quiet expensive and not having a balcony let us down a bit especially with the lovely weather
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved it! Staff is very friendly, spacious rooms and Japanese restaurant is excellent!!
6,0 Good
Pros: Very nice building and room with jacuzzi, magnificent spa, good food at the restaurant !
Cons: Very bad souvenir of the service especially a horrible waiter at the restaurant and the welcome desk was not so nice (I felt as comfortable as in the public administration). Really when you go to such a fancy hotel at this kind of price you expect a minimum of service. The room had not the view written on the ad. There were parking fees that were not announced on booking.com and we felt trapped after we parked and got the information from the reception. The spa is expensive while not included in your room package A bath stopper was missing in the room Jacuzi, and I had to get dressed at 00h00 to go down at the reception to get this stopper (the reception told me they were not enough to bring it themselves in our room. I sympathize but it is unfair to make me get dressed and go down at 00h).
