Space, all facilities under one roof, including ski rental and ski school. Access to transport. Top value!
Restaurant has improved from 2 years ago, but still not quite to my standards.
The apartment was brand new, very well equipped. The indoor and outdoor playgrounds were nice and the swimming pool was ok.
Just a small thing: the opening times for the bowling were wrong in the information book. Also, the water temperature from the swimming pool could be a little bit warmer.
The location was nice and the Staff was great. Swimmingpool and other facilities were a nice "extra".
The kitchen had two really big pots and a frying pan. A smaller pot and an oven pan would have been nice. Also there were 4 chairs to 5 people. But the Staff would probably have helped us with that if we'd asked.
Hot water in either kitchen or bathroom is fast and stable.
In the very beginning, it takes 3 days to confirm my request and their answers are vague which is not professional. 1. The staff didn't even know the 3-minute-away ski facility for kids is owned by ski school , not open to public. She didn't even know the nearby ski information that was very unimaginable for a hotel worker. 2. What's more interesting is while the desk staffs said there is waste bag at recycle corner, the cleaning lady on the spot said "no no no", hey you're talking with a customer not pupil my dear! In the check-out day, she even open our room door after knocking only 5-second. I think it's very proper to comment her uncivilized. 3. In the room and around the front desk only German information. 4. The kitchenware is definitely not entitled for a apartment, no microwave, no oven, no dishwasher , only cheap pan and pots which make feel like camp field cooking instead of in a kitchen.
Reception staff were friendly and the hotel is nicely located with a good parking for cars and easy access and for free to major cabin and sky lifts. The area is very, very nice with multiple activities for children. The hotel has good facilities (swimming pool and playing area).
Hotel was supposedly pet friendly but we discovered on the spot that dogs were not allowed into the breakfast room (our puppy is a golden retriever, calm and quiet animal) and therefore we were forced to take turns for breakfast and the family could not enjoy those moments together. It is a real pity they did not tell the customers about this conditions beforehand or on their website, we will then have chosen a different place or come knowingly. in any case, breakfast buffet was rather poor on choice and quality. low ration quality for money,
