Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, but the majority of reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and even pest problems. Service was also a frequent point of dissatisfaction, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff, long wait times, and problems with check-in or billing. While a few guests mentioned comfortable beds or friendly staff, these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences related to cleanliness and service.

Pros (+) The room was beautiful, staff was very friendly. There was ALOT of parking available and had some good restaurants nearby.
Cons (-) The pool being so open was odd, and the hotel was further away from the mall of America than we had anticipated. It is an easy drive (on the freeway) once we got used to the traffic.
