Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it ideal for their needs and appreciating the charm of the old building. However, numerous reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, mould, and a need for refurbishment. Bed comfort was also a common concern, with several guests describing uncomfortable or basic beds. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests noting a lack of staff presence, unresponsiveness, or unwelcoming attitudes, though a few mentioned friendly staff. The lack of breakfast and closed restaurant/bar were also frequently mentioned as negatives. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the rooms were appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness, comfort, and service.
